Over seeing projects and making sure safety is always in place at all times, making sure the project runs on time. Dealing with the clients and making sure our projects are being done to the procedures that are in place. Overseeing all the crew in the barge are jack-ups Making sure we have what it takes to run the job and what even we may need to keep the job running with no down time.
