Start session by giving matching exercise: Types of SM and what you can do on each platform. Answers on next slide.
Students make questions based on the answers given. They then scan the text (next slide) for the information required to make relevant questions. (additional A4 sheet available with text which can be sliced up into 3 - saves paper!)
The padlet was designed so that students could collaborate and add their ideas to one ‘giant document.’ They can then take and use ideas to produce their own writing.
