. 2019- The SBU starts creating public decrees
. 2020- The SBU starts to aggregate interest by using video content, audio and
correspondence
. 2021- A State Consultancy commences social responsibility efforts
. 2021- The SBU commences protesting for the cause of social justice
. 2022- The SBU starts to attend venues for Political Mentoring and Speaking to promote
social mobilization and participative and inclusive democracy.

4. A non-profit service
. A State Consultancy is a non- profit advocacy agency designed to
affect the publics through political and legal inquiry. The SBU analyzes
and researches the domestic environment so that it can use the policy
process to compel the government in where the non- profit is situated.
. Mission: To advocate a specific direction through propaganda with
respect to the agenda of the holding company.
. Vision: To provide works that aid those whomsoever seek it with the
tools to articulate and aggregate a position such to cumulatively
intrigue a direction.

5. Revenue
. The SBU plans to gain a contract through government procurement so
that the SBU can provide it’s services. It seeks to avail of non-profit
society grants and bursaries and with that it may be able to provide
jobs and aid to the community.
. The SBU plans to commence it’s charity initiative involving legal
literacy so that it can accrue proceeds in which are used to assist the
people with additional supports.
. The SBU has propaganda products and advocacy products which it
intends to generate revenue to sustain itself. These products are
offered on a donation basis with a minimum pay wall.
6. Competition
. The domestic competition includes Sources and Options Community
Services. These are non- profit agencies that provide supports to
people within the lower mainland of Metro Vancouver.
. This SBU has foreign competition of which include Gurru Nannak
Foods and UNICEF. These are larger foreign competitions which have
more global resources to be able to meet political objectives.
7. Trends
. The trends within the domestic environment are social movements.
Some of these include #blacklivesmatter and #freebritney. These social
movements help shape the domestic environment.
. Another trend is social justice. Social justice aims to articulate interest
to the government through peaceful assemblies and controversial
rhetoric. This SBU is very engaged in the social justice scene and it
hopes to provide break through in this area.
. The third area of focus is social mobilization. This SBU uses works
developed from competence to affect the policy process of the
government.
8. Problem
. The problem this SBU is currently tackling is the concept of “legal
literacy.” This SBU has employed analysis and research in order to be
able to plan how it is going to provide supports to the domestic
environment. This SBU is creating a basis by which all of its programs
can be sustainable. By providing aid regarding legal literacy the SBU
stands to benefit as well as the domestic environment.
9. Target audience
. This SBU’s target audience are the following, the unemployed, the
people in the field of politics and the individuals involved in social
justice and social movements and social mobilization . The SBU uses
it’s values in order to be able to provide it’s services to these people.
The SBU’s products serve to create a domestic enviornment that is well
informed hence it serves to create a landscape through its product
offerings where the citizen is fully aware of the shadow of the law of
the government hence displaying the values of accountability and
responsibility.
10. What is it now today?
. Today/ What is the SBU? Today A State Consultancy ENT is operating
to create a domestic environment of fidelity. It serves to create a
manifest destiny by which it uses techniques to push political
objectives. This SBU has been focused on both Social and Scholar
works used as a means for social movements and social mobilization.
11. Business risk
. The SBU needs to ascertain a grant writer so that it can commence it’s
political objectives.
. The SBU expects an influx of demand which can be a cause for
concern as competition rises and as the domestic environment slumps
in an uncertain economy.
. The SBU needs to source donations so that it can provide support to
individuals that require it.
