The Consumer Establishment is an affiliate service, this means that it is
tasked with getting exposure for its clientele. This means that its products
are for penetration, proliferation and development. This results in
disruption. This SBU, conjures the product and it sends it off to other SBU’s
so that it could be manufactured and sold. The reach of the other SBU is
variable to the platform of this business henceforth it becomes imperative
that the SBU obtain the interest of consumers.

• This SBU intends to make revenue off of its token the International Unit of the ITUT. The International Unit was
developed because there was a need to develop an economy within the company so that it can be competitive against
current companies within the domestic environment. The ITUT is based off of Ethereum. This specific cryptocurrency
was selected because of its digital network and its environmental initiatives. Further it is affordable.
• This SBU is currently researching the creation of another financial product the “bond.” This SBU even before its
creation was researching this matter. It is working with another SBU to make such product a possibility.
• This SBU has another revenue generating product, the Consumer Convention. This is a display of interested
companies that are prospecting the brightest within the domestic environment. They are searching for ingenuity,
innovation and disruption. A venue is set up so that the event can take place. The first event was held in 2023 October
where a digital convention occurred. The founder presented value propositions via SLIDE DECKS over a social media
site. Being the first Consumer Convention, it is expected that the uptake of ideas are slow per the diffusion of innovation
theory. Regardless, the SBU is focused on making this product viable and feasible for both the companies and the
prospected.
COMPETITION

The domestic competition is Arkive Systems. This is a
corporation that has their own cryptocurrency. This is a
company based in Vancouver.
The foreign competition is Logan Paul. This youtuber has
his own cryptocurrency and he has had difficulties
penetrating the financial market with it. It is expected that
this SBU experience similar issues with its product.

The trend in this industry is government regulation. The International Unit is in its infancy. The further development of this
project could be hampered by finance regulations required by the government. This SBU is determined to make something
of this product in its effort to avoid a demise like the Libra. As for conventions, Comic Con, E3, PNE and Study Abroad Fairs
have been held in both interior and exterior locations. There has not been any significant innovation in this space which is
why this SBU created such product.
PROBLEM

The problem this SBU is experiencing is the slow uptake of technologies. This SBU along with other SBU’s that it works with have had
slow growth in the past ten years. This SBU has used online marketing to be able to increase interest. Other faucets that can be tried
are fax marketing and email marketing. Regardless, this SBU is still yet going to continue to grow and develop which ever state they
may be situated. Further, the SBU is focused on its political interest, to provide equity to prospects so that hegemony could be
maintained in a bid against developments that have occurred in 2020’s in South America.
TARGET AUDIENCE

The Consumer Establishment’s target audience are varied because it is involved with other SBU’s via affiliation. When this much
COLABERATION within the company occurs, it becomes difficult to identify what precisely is the target audience. Regardless, stats
say that one billion people around the globe have used crypto. That is very low figure. This SBU hopes to contribute to the growth of
the live financial industry with its crypto offering.
WHAT IS IT NOW TODAY?

Today/ What is this SBU? Today the SBU is focused on innovation. It articulates interest from various places along with
other SBU so that the products of the parent company could be developed and manufactured. This is the result of its
product, the Product Brief. As a result, this SBU is going to have a collection of Product Briefs depicting the products of the
company. The Product Brief creation process creates product criteria and the SBU’s themselves can process an
amendment to the Product Brief if they feel the need as necessary. These catalogue of Product Briefs are necessary for
consumer protection purposes under the applicable legislations.
BUSINESS RISK

The creation of products within this SBU is a risk however, the way that risk is
reduced is to have the corporate strategy enforced on every SBU which then results
in products that are akin to the values of the SBU. There are examples of products
that have been created that are similar to one another and this is a clear risk, such
examples includes vehicles as the Ford Escape and Nissan Pathfinder. This also
includes Apple and Microsoft operating systems. This further includes Lacoste and le
tigre clothing apparel. This SBU stands behind its platform of SBU’s and it is going to
focus its resources to promote its own products as much as possible in an effort to be
self- sufficient as it is a potential national security risk to use other platforms.

A venue is set up so that the event can take place. The first event was held in 2023 October where a digital convention occurred. The founder presented value propositions via SLIDE DECKS over a social media site. Being the first Consumer Convention, it is expected that the uptake of ideas are slow per the diffusion of innovation theory. Regardless, the SBU is focused on making this product viable and feasible for both the companies and the prospected.
