OBJECTIVE:
Gain a higher managerial level position in a Regional focused role where I can utilize my broad based
knowledge & experience of the property industry as well as exercise my excellent interpersonal skills and

PROFILE:
Currently in the role of Operations Manager where my duties range from underpinning the branch
network from a lettings and property management prospective, to setting objectives and targets as well as
aid in achieving goals set. This hand’s on approach is also complimented by the duties of statistical
analysis from profit and loss to overall income generated. Such a diverse range of duties means that I am
fully equipped to engage the needs of the business and front a successful lettings division on several
