After just a short period of training in processes as well as company goals, Mr. Diehl proved
that he had gained the fundamental knowledge required. He could also be quickly and highly
effectively integrated into the work environment and proved to be a great team member.
Mr. Diehl always performed his projects on his own with a great deal of initiative and always
showed great motivation. The pace at which he worked and the workload he was able to
cope with far exceeded our expectations. He was always extremely keen to help in any
situation and carried out his tasks with great satisfaction, and to a very high standard.
Mr. Diehl is leaving us on completion of his internship in accordance with the terms of his
contract.
