2. Based on our observations, the different tools
of communication are now widely used - even
in a complex way -, but most of the times they
extinguish each other’s effects instead of being
perfect complements. Therefore we decided to
choose branding for our primary focus in order
to create, develop and maintain a unified brand
experience for our clients. The objective of our
work together with our partners is to build them

The period of creation is really exciting,
when we can see our idea evolving day
by day. We manage the details, we are
proactive, we draw, we are dealing with
programming and we make videos – using
our solution focused approach all along

4. First steps
Once the time comes, we have to let
the creature discover its own way.
We test it, we assemble is, we render
it, we zip it, we teach it, we introduce
it, we get it approved and finally we
release it.
5. Joy
Sometimes we happen to be surprised when
we hear that it completed the marathon
alone. It works. We close it up, we do the
paperwork and the documentation, we
prepare the bill, we are happy.
(Then we are waiting for it to return, because
meanwhile we realized how fascinating
would it be after having learnt how to run,
it would be able to ride a horse.)

5. Practfy: an efcient and inspiring
competency-development tool
Practify is an international start-up, headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.
Their ambitious vision is to transform competency development by increasing its efciency
exponentially. A great potential with complex branding challenges.
The company has a huge professional background; their team includes psychologists, brain
researchers, trainers and many experts in other related felds. The topic is very exciting but is
as least as complex as well, therefore communicating how the method works and what its
advantages are was very challenging.
Finally we came up with some key messages that made the topic understandable for
everyone. The company has achieved great success in Hungary since then, and is now about
to enter the Irish and English market where the results are also promising so far.

We love being playful, especially when we can really let our imagination fy.
Be-novative, having already succeeded in Silicon Valley, had something similar in
their mind when they fgured out how to help companies in implementing all new
ideas within a particular organisation, regardless of the hierarchy.
We started to draw the image of a startup targeting international markets which
resulted in a fat designed, futuristic American city, where everyone is trying to
put together the small puzzles –that symbolize their ideas- into a big whole. Just

We don’t only share information with the client, but we also exchange it. Analogy makes this
process possible for such organizations, where virtual experience sorting and storing may

15. Startupcoaching – Sailing on the startup ocean
Startupcoaching is a complex solution for startups and young entrepreneurs. It helps them
maximize their productivity and deepen their business intelligence. We have created a simple,
modern and colorful brand image through a complex service package. It was very important
for us to seperate the brand concept from all industry clichés. We needed to develop a lovable
brand that incorporates all services and is able to tell a personal story.
The main storyline and brand visualization is based on sailing: it’s a beloved childhood dream
to be a sailor, it takes courage and action to actually become one, and sailing leads to the
unknown to be explored. Our continuous improvement consultancy and out-of-the-box
thinking with our client had its result. Our drawings, vector graphics and physical products
resulted in a compact, very friendly brand identity.

17. Gastronomic secrets of star chefs
We are really proud that our clients often return to us with the request of implementing their
new, unique ideas. Coninvest, a company dealing with professional kitchen technology and
interior design entrusted us with organizing series of events and managing their marketing
activities. Our job included the organization of Chef Workshops, along with their online
communication, and the creation of the necessary print materials such as certifcates and
brochures. We had the privilege to work with such star chefs as Tamás Széll, winner of Bocuse
d’Or in 2016.

20. In the service of men’s values
Creating a large-scale social aimed initiative is not an easy task. That is why Imre Bedő,
economist and businessman asked for our help in developing a movement for conserving
traditional men values.
Through an extraordinary joint work with him we created together the ‘Men’s Club’ brand, and
managed to build a community that today counts nearly 130 000 members including famous
actors, actresses and businessmen in Hungary. Their interview videos, the media
communication we provided for the brand and the premium quality content of the website
also built by us are the guarantee for ongoing success.

25. SPEAK Academy- Speak for a beter world
Speak Academy ofers public speaking courses in English and Hungarian. Its primary goal is to
use the tool of speaking for raising Hungary’s self-confdence index. There are special courses
for 9 year-olds and for CEOs as well, moreover, seminars were held for people in prison and
in orphanages.
The founder is William Benko, former president of the American Chamber of Commerce,
leader of several international organization and founder of Toastmasters Hungary.

28. Innovatve diagnostcs. Innovatve design
It can be a complex and difcult task to communicate about brands. That is the reason why
we like our job so much, because we face new challenges each time.
The ScanoMed Nuclear Medicine Center performs the most innovative cancer screening
procedures with high quality PET-CT examinations in the frst place. In 2012 when they had to
start to communicate to both professionals and outsiders in a more efcient way, our time
has come to intervene.
We helped them by creating a new corporate image, managing their events, developing and
maintaining online communication strategy as well as their online presence. These steps can

Refreshing the website and corporate communication of the Central Repository of Values,
owned by the Hungarian National Bank and Budapest Stock Exchange is an exciting challenge
for communication agencies. Despite the limited opportunities we had, we managed to make

communication strategy.

36. We fueled up the memories
We never say no to the challenging assignments of big companies. MOL Group - a
multinational oil and gas company- is the second most valuable company in Central- Eastern
Europe. For the closing event of their E&P 200 KBDOE Program we summarized their
training’s atmosphere and usefulness in a single unique tableau picture. Apparently pictures

Corporate Values (COVA) has become a workshop and incubator center, a forum for
collaborative thinking, a center for redistribution of knowledge and a catalyst of innovation in

Through MVM Group’s WATT’s UP Trainee Program we have managed to build an individual
