Extensive experience in excelling as a cross-functional team leader, creative problem solver, and

On-Site supervisor
Burlington, Vermont: This project was a state mandated mass assessment revaluation, which
required high quality of performance and had critical deadlines. Property values were at a high level
and last revaluation was in 1994. Responsibilities included training data collectors, hiring employees,
oversee quality control, review values, run informal hearings, and was a formal hearing officer for both
residential and commercial properties.

Special Project Supervisor
Lake County, Indiana: Multi million-dollar project that included 250,000 parcels. Special projects
supervisor, accountable for condominium valuation, neighborhood delineation, indexing and quality
control. Supervised employees and did client training.
Residential Supervisor
New York: mass assessment valuation for real property. Supervised team valuation groups and multi-
town hearings within Monroe County.
