After logging out I found out that one of my team member is arguing with our
team manager who is a woman .
Women are sensitive people , they stepped out of their house to be independent
and inspirational. Arguing with them , can lead to disturbance in their work life
balance .
But we should empathize with my team member as he is not an extrovert but he
argued with our manager is what makes us to think about it.
My sincere request to you is that empathize with them and resolve the issue as
soon as possible .
