2. Arena
❖ I would like to work in the Podcasting field specifically
for Minnesota Professional, College , and High-school
sports.
3. Identity
❖ I grew up in a family where only my dad watched
sports and thats how I connected with him. After high
school my plan was to continue to keep playing sports
but injuries kept me from that. I then decided to go to
Full Sail University for sportscasting and I have faced
obstacles while attending school and I have overcome
everything because of my passion for sports and to be a
successful podcaster and I believe thats what makes me.
4. Skills
❖ I’m familiar working with Most adobe professional
apps including Premier pro, Lightroom, Adobe
Illustrator, Adobe spark, And photoshop cc.
❖ I have a very strong knowledge of sports including
Football, Hockey, Basketball, Baseball, And Soccer.
5. Profession
❖ I talk about any news relating sports, Introduce games
and recap games , I also give my own opinion on top
subjects around the sports world that are currently
happening.
❖ My approach to work is to make my fans happy and
give everyone listening the best I have.
6. Credentials
❖ My Knowledge of sports and my knowledge of Adobe
apps would help me land a podcasting job and I think
I’m trustworthy because I have a-lot of experience with
working while under pressure and stress.
7. Promise
❖ The Promise I’ll make to my employees since I want to
work for myself would be that their jobs would be safe
since the job outlook for sportscasters is at a -9% decline
from 2016 to 2026.
8. Positioning
❖ People should work with me rather than other
companies because I offer job security and a fun
environment to work in
❖ I want my audience to feel like they are apart of the
show and want them to learn new things.
9. Audience
❖ Anyone who likes Professional, College, Or High-school
Sports should listen to my podcast.
❖ My audience will be people who are fans of Minnesota
sports.
10. Network & Marketing
❖ I’ll gain the attention of my audience or future
employees by joining in on some podcasts that touch up
on the midwest sports region to get my voice out there
so when I start my own podcast I will have a small
audience and that will grow by me having guests on the
show and having a great staff that produces great
content.
11. Competitors
❖ Competitors would be T.V. shows and other podcasts
but I’m confident that ill be different in many small
ways that could drive people away but mostly bring
them in
12. Professional Development
❖ I need to improve on writing scripts for my shows and I
need to learn how to use a mix board better
❖ Some mentors I would look for would be the cast of
Spittin Chiclets which is a popular hockey podcast.
❖ I feel as if I spent the rest of my school career learning
the things I need to learn I could do great once
graduated.
13. Goals
❖ My goal is to exceed my personal goal everyday and to
make my image and my staffs image look good.
