Definition of offering help/service
Offering help is a way or an expression to suggest or offer
help to someone who needs it. The purpose is to offer
assistance for someone who is doing something politely. There
are two kinds of offering help: informal offers and formal
offers. Informal offers are used when you talk with someone
close to you and formal offers are used when you talk with
someone are older or whose position is higher than you. There
are two kinds of respons offering help: refusing and
accepting. If you want to refuse someone’s offer you have to
refuse politely, and if you want to accept someone’s offer
don’t forget to say “thank you” to them.
3. Definisi Offering help/service
adalah cara atau ekspresi untuk menyarankan atau menawarkan
bantuan kepada seseorang yang membutuhkannya. Tujuannya adalah
untuk menawarkan bantuan bagi seseorang yang melakukan sesuatu
dengan sopan. Ada dua jenis penawaran bantuan: penawaran informal
dan penawaran resmi. Penawaran informal digunakan ketika Anda
berbicara dengan seseorang yang dekat dengan Anda dan penawaran
formal digunakan ketika Anda berbicara dengan seseorang yang
lebih tua atau yang posisinya lebih tinggi dari Anda. Ada dua jenis
respons yang menawarkan bantuan: menolak dan menerima. Jika
Anda ingin menolak tawaran seseorang, Anda harus menolak dengan
sopan, dan jika Anda ingin menerima tawaran seseorang jangan lupa
untuk mengatakan "terima kasih" kepada mereka.
