- Many of you know who we are but for those who don’t….
- Our product is called Folio and it it used by PHNs for a range of things. Go through each box Apart from this many PHNs also use folio for a range of other business related forms because of its easy to use workflow capabilities.
- Now that we have set the background lets jump into the main topic of interest. Lets you do 3 things
- Looking at a contract that I have with Lane Landis Quantitative or Qualitative Set per contract with a service provider A new tab called deliverables will be visible of the Contract Folio. Existing checklist functionality If you are already using lite users this will be easy for a service provider to pickup. Fully configurable by you The important thing is that deliverables are completely configurable by you. So if you wanted to drop a question or add one you will be able to do that yourselves without our intervention
- This is a screen grab of the same screen that we were looking at last and I have drilled into No of patients.
- Here is an example of how location and programs work in Folio
- PHNs have indicated a need to track underperformance and also overperformance. So we are introducing a new feature that also you to define Performance criteria. Set up in bands called performance thresholds. Pause for questions
