required, and relevant considerations of each proposed Energy Conservation Measure (ECM)
including negotiations with utility program managers to seek custom approvals.
A fee-based service tied to scope, volume and probability of projects moving forward.
RebateAcquire™ (Rebate Capture)
Filing: Comprehensive management of Rebate filing requirements and related documentation
• Verify filing approach to ensure maximum rebate potential and seek pre-approval
• Coordinate measurement and verification requirements, as required
• Coordinate utility pre-and post-installation inspections
• Ensure compliance with rebate program guidelines
• File necessary post-construction final rebate paperwork
Expediting – Manage receipt of Rebate payments from utility in a timely manner
• Obtain approvals necessary to obtain rebate payment
• Track checks pending receipt
• Receive and process payments
• Present reports of all project and related rebate activity
A success-fee contingency-based service tied to the scope and volume of projects. Fee structure options
include percentage of rebates collected or flat fee per rebate received. No rebate, no fee.
RebateAdvance™ (Project Cost Offset)
Rebate “credit” offered post-completion of a pre-approved ECM reducing the capital contribution for
the Customer and removes the “risk of the rebate” from the transaction.

Delivery of RebateAware and/or RebateAdvantage electronically over the web, or through
interconnection with vendor systems.
