4. SWIMMING

7. TYPES OF SURFING
• Three major subdivisions within standing-up surfing are stand-up
paddling, long boarding and short boarding with several major
differences.
8. WATER BALL
• Combines elements of swimming and
handball.
• Each match is played between two
teams, each consists of 13 people.
• Each team can play with no more than
7 players (6 field and 1 goalie)
• The goal of each team is to score as
many goals as possible in the
opposing door.

• It was recently included in the Olympics;
• The Ironman series and World Cup Championships are organized every
year;
• It is a test of your physical fitness, and stamina.
10. WATER POLO
Water polo is a team sport played in the water between two teams. The game
consists of four quarters, usually of eight minutes, in which the two teams
attempt to score goals and throw the ball into their opponent's goal. The team
with the most goals at the end of the game wins the match
