The candidate applies via taleo – we are currently working with Taleo to shorten the application process and ensure it’s more user friend presented with one link, simliulatansly testing and video interview, all one url, one process, one platform, stop and then go back , one link, not multiple ins, equivalent to amazon one click, the way digital works, everybody gets a chance to respond, fish in a bigger bond eg diversity, more candidates, not looking at universities etc, more inculisve, less bias, science kicks in and see the ones that perform well 30% more than a recruiter, view more candidates, more efficient, more value add activities The candidate then goes through SJT and video interview all through Hirevue 10,000 have gone through hirevue testing globally Year one in implementation - some markets are doing pre-screening before hirvue where as some markets are sending directly to Hirevue We’ve implemented a paperless, interactive assessment centre with Cute Improving the candidate and assessors experience On-brand experience, using Vodafone smart tablets Simplified assessment and evaluation (note-taking, evaluation forms, data storage and reporting capability) We have 11 markets live now and the rest will go live during this financial year. We launched it this year in Group, both in the UK and Romania and the feedback from candidates and assessors has been extremely positive, not only about the technology, but the wash up at the end of the day was quick and seamless and the candidates left excited, engaged and wanting to join a truly digital company.
