The study aimed at investigating factors affected the educational system, arrangement of education, curricula, educational grades, administering and funding of education, training and preparation of teachers, methods of educational supervising, and methods of educational evaluation in the United States compared to that in Saudi Arabia. Using the comparative research design, the results of the study generated a number of recommendations. The most significant recommendations included the need for: developing individual skills in how to keep up with the massive amount of knowledge that they remain constantly updated with its developments and innovations, the accessibility of using cognitive methods, emphasizing the importance of pre-school education and its availability in all areas of Saudi Arabia as well as to all groups of society, allowing the opportunity for society members to participate in designing curricula with the aim of increasing community participation in the educational construction and development, the multiplicity of those working on managing education either for funding or preparing courses according to national aims, and determining the standards of the educational process regarding all its elements such as: student achievement, teacher features, technology, and school administration and development.
