Set of Interactive telecommunication
technology which allows two or more
locations to interact through video and
audio transmission.
Also known as “video

development of video conferencing started in the
late 19th century.
A videophone is a telephone with a video display,
capable of simultaneous video and audio for
communication between people in real time.
Videoconferencing has also been called "visual
collaboration" and is a type of groupware.

 Video conferencing is the use of video and audio to connect two or more
points across the Internet for two way conferencing over distance.
 If the connection is limited to two locations, then it is called point-to-point
video conferencing.
 A multi-point videoconference, which may include more than two locations.
 When live conversation is needed, we can use video conferencing.
 Through video conferencing, we are creating a face-to-face experience.
