Kashagan Field Development Experimental Program (Complex –A & D) Piping Fabrication

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITY Overall observation of HSE activities of Contractor.
Monitoring the Behavior Based Safety program, Job Hazard
Analysis (JHA), Risk Assessment (RA) Observation Company
initiated systems and maintains and continually improve the
effectiveness of these programs.
Implementing the company policies related to Health, Safety &
Environment.
Implementation Fire Fighting & Emergency rescue plan at the
project site and office.
Organize regular Safety training to all personnel.
Participating in HSE internal audit.
Conducts Emergency evacuation and Rescue drill.
Conducting daily Vessel Safety Coordination Committee(VSCC)
meeting
Attending and participating in Project meeting, Production meeting,
Clint meetings & Heavy lifting meeting.
Coordinating in conducting Fire, H2S and abandon pontoon and
barge. And Rig ship.
Monitoring of Permits to Work and Issue Permit To Work ( PTW )
Assist with accident investigations to determine root cause and
preventative actions.
To prepare and participate at the daily Tool Box Talks.
Conduct regular HSE Inspections and Walkthroughs
Safety Inductions: Present HSE related information to visitors.
Identify unsafe work practices, condition/ equipment & solutions to
correct these situations.
Inspection of fire extinguishers.
Conducting of Scaffolding and TBT for scaffolders.
Daily site inspection of scaffolds
Environmental Inspections.
Health, Environment
Conduct trainings to the employees and contractors related to HSE
Policy and Procedures, and for identified needs..
Conducting Trainings on Safe Working Practices and other Safety
issues at Training Centre.
Food and Sanitation inspection and inspection of gallery,
accommodation.
