  1. Good Morning Today we are here to present to you our proposal for a microbiology lab. We have chosen a microbiology lab specifically, since the Organisational structure We are proposing this idea as a joint venture where we will pool in our resources to benefit both parties. We will be managaing the human resources and providing the experience required to maintain quality and efficiency within the lab. Financial support and space allocations.
  2. The diagnostic tests run at our lab will be divided according to the samples we receive. For example, once we receive a sample of urine at our lab, the first step would be to culture it. For this we would use a growth medium such as PDA or MacConkey Agar. This process will take up to 24 hours depending on the sample. After culturing, the microbial growth will be observed. This will also include further testing such as motility indole urease tests, oxidase test and simmons citrate test. API wil be done as a cofirmatory test.
  3. All generated waste is clinical and will be divided into plastic, glass, sharps and others at the laboratory. Sisili projects consortium will collect waste twice a week and incinerate them in an environmental friendly manner.
