• Maintenance of power transformer Maximum 349MVA, 20/220KV 20/11kV,
11/2,0.48,0.42kV Related volt and Dry type & oil type transformers protections –
Simulation Test for Buchholz relay,MOG,WTI,OTI ,PRD,OLTC, To CCR
• Take the Oil Sample of transformers for BDV Testing and DGA TEST
• Maintenance of Turbo power Generator Maximum 294 MVA, 20KV. Shaft grounding and
Excitation Carbone brush system, NGT-NGR Inspection, Tan delta and PD robotic testing
with Alstom, to support the vendors.
• Maintenance and Trouble shooting of all type of electricalrelated Auxiliaries.
• Knowledge in Relay and Protection
• Testing Of HV/LV Insulation Resistance, PI Values , Resistance measurement- For Bus
bars ,motors, CB’s, HV cables to Hi pot test , CT’s , VT’s, Cables , CT&PT ratio testing etc.
• Maintenance of Battery Banks and Battery charger.(battery load testing
110VDC,220VDC Ni- Cd ,AND Lead acid battery 58V,36V,24V,12V. range
• Maintenance of Plant Lighting, Sockets outlets 3month once and All Potable equipment
6 month once checking &testing.
• Maintenance of Golf Carts in plant uses ,battery operated car
• Loop checking ALL Electrical equipment.
• Heat tracing and controlling of Cathodic protection system knowledge
• Routine inspection of GIS ,Motors ,Generator, Transformer, HT&LT switch gears, HSBT
• Below 45KW LV Motor overhauling, By time to lubrication plan making
• Power Cable laying and loops checking /Tools maintenance
• ATS System ,ENM system (HMI ),MV/LV capacitor banks working with vendors
