Current Assignment:
 Currently working with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research & Training Institute (BARTI) An
Autonomous Institute Of Department of Social Justice & Special Assistance, Govt. Of
Maharashtra as IT Project Manager since Jan. 2001.
 IT work experience since Feb 2007 to Jan 2021 with IBM India- Global Technology Services as
Project coordinator.
Key Responsibility:
Responsibilities as IT Project Manager
 Managing IT, Tender & computer department.
 IT : Caste Certificate Validation Information System (CCVIS), BARTI website, BARTI App,
coordination with 36 district CVC committees. Attend meetings with full preparation of power
point presentation in Mantralaya e.g. Schedule Caste Welfare Committee, BARTI schemes
updates in front of Hon’ble Minister, Hon’ble State Minister, Hon’ble DG etc.
Responsibilities as Project coordinator
 Worked along with the Project manager, helped him for supervision of work and tracked
project work.
 Worked along with the technical team and successfully helped them remove barriers of the
project by assigning the work to the right teams and getting the work completed.
 Create and sustain good working relationships with internal and external team/partners
 Conducted project kick-off meetings, defined project objectives and scope, tracked risks,
assumptions and managed detailed project schedules using Project Libre.
 Facilitated and coordinated the work of multiple project teams engaged in the establishment
and implementation of projects to support the Project Manager
 Created and tracked purchase orders submissions and complete project close-out manuals
 Provided timely project status updates to the Project Manager
 Maintain and update project database
 Developed and maintained productive working relationships with project owners, business
functions, IT developers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
 Conducted regular meetings, facilitated communications, ensured coordination, and
cooperation among team members.
 Planned and facilitated project review meetings to expedite requirements and resolution of
project issues.
Responsibilities as Security Asset & Risk Management role
A. Maintaining track on Shared User ID’s.
B. Validation of server user ID at the time of integration, quarterly & annually.
C. Working on each quarter on the IBM’s set policies against password expiry & developer privilege
controls over production servers as a part of Compliance task.
D. Publish GDF, PBA chart weekly/monthly dashboard by analyzing input data.
E. Tracking & getting close all annual activities for the account.
F. Controls on Security Health Check of all Security devices.
 SARM: SysReg Management:
• Management of basic record data, including direct basic record management and initial
import of complete device entries.
• Management of hardware data, including resp. contacts, client assignment, hardware
state and location.
• Management of system data, including resp. contacts, client assignment, system state,
operating system, virtual hardware and change tickets.
• Management of system IP data, including IP and IP network addresses.
• Management of application/tool data, including resp. contacts, application/database
data and systems management/security management tool data.
• Management of contract/service level data including service level, client
contract/account ID and hardware guarantee and maintenance data.
 SARM: User ID Revalidation:
Privilege Authorization Review activity for systems
• Management of User id and Clean Up activity
• Intermediate Code Management
• Publishing User id provisioning/De-provisioning SLA Report-Monthly and Weekly
• Assisting SA & D Process for User ID, Sysreg and Healthcheck.
• Sysreg Reconciliation
• Co-ordination with Sysadmin,Wintel,Middleware,Database/Stage,Netwok,Application
teams
• Publish weekly Shared ID pending password dashboard & make it compliant.
 SARM: QEV/CBN/ID Validation activity:
Generate report & analyze to accomplish process requirements
Responsibilities as Technical Support Executive:
 Centralized Technical Support:
• Provide network fault diagnostic on live network to resolve problems
• ID management in AD/SSL/VPN servers
• Free & licensed Software install/uninstall
• Attend to user’s service calls and enquiries and to provide maintenance service support
to users - effectively in a timely manner
• Provide regular reports and documentations to users after completion of service incident
handling
• Resolve remotely/on desk OS-XP/7, IE, Citrix, Crystal, MS-Office, Outlook mail related
issues by using Tivoli & IBM-Ayudame tool.
 IT-Service Desk:
• Handling customer issues/requests related to their service on call.
• Monitor and regular updates on trouble tickets, monitor different kind of applications-
Tivoli/non Tivoli based
• Escalate technical problems or issues to higher level support for resolution while
providing regular updates to the user, maintain incident/problem Service Level (SLA)
Responsibilities as Network Operations Center Executive
• Monitoring Critical/Major alerts generated on Tivoli tool & escalates to related team to
rectify issue.
• Monitor data on putty.
• Publish Incident data daily to maintain ticket quality.
