EXPLANATION
Explain about Positive Thinking.
 How to think Positive?
 How to increase positive thinking inour life?
 What is the powerof Positive Thinking?
 How positive thinking can help you?
The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulties. Moreover, the pessimist sees difficulties in
every opportunity. Training your mind to think positive can be achieve leveraging a simple
concept. Our mind has enough stamina to focus on different thought at a time. Positive sounds
are veryuseful in everywhere. People want to think positive but it is much difficult toimplement
in our daily life. People take action in our every thoughts.
The impact of positive thinking on our work, our health, and our life is being studied by people
like who are much smarter than us. Positive thinking, Positive attitude,Self-confidence, Ability
to trust ourselves and Self-realization are the sequential factors involved in one’s personal
success and its improvement.
Do you know your mistakes do not define you? Believe in yourself and your feelings. Your
creativity, your thought is powerful. Trust it. If you see the positive sides of everything, you’ll
be able to live easily and comfortably than others. You will do better for others then best will
come into you.
Firstly, you need to keep your minds on what you want, and keep looking for ways to get it.
Then after, you are clear about your goals and you are confident to dealing it and after a few
time you accomplish your goals.
Secondly, Optimist is the main treatment for bringing positive attitude in every problem and
difficulty. When things go wrong, as they often do, Positive thinker only say, “That’s not a big
issue!” and then they set about finding something positive about the situation, however
pessimist never can.
I just know positive attitude finds good ideas in any difficulties. I illustrate an example,
positivity is like a mirror, You smile at it and it reflects smiles back at you. You shows your
mood angry it shows your angry face back to you. So, what do you think i.e. the matter. If you
think positive, your ways become positive and you cannot follow your mood in positive ways
you will disturb with yourself. Every moment is the correct time for change your mood and
start new beginning, new hope and make your dreams come true. Forget negativity and only
remember better things are coming you just need to train your minds in positive ways.
There’s no doubt that positivity is the result of achievement and success. A prime example of
that are; winning a championship/prize, getting a better job and landing in huge position,
finding someone if you love etc. etc. these things will bring joy and contentment in our life. But
so often, we wrongly assume positive thoughts always follows success. Positive thinks with
optimist is essential to building positive ways that allow for success.
There are different ideas to increase our positive thinking. To mentioned that are Meditation
(Just close your eyes, breathe and follow along), Writing (Wrote your daily task and publish
in your life), Playing (Give yourself permission to smile and enjoy. Schedule time for play),
Implementing (Implement your innovation without any thinking), Realizing (Realize what you
doing either correct or incorrect) etc.
I am fairly certain that, Stop stressing. Take a deep breath. You should never regret anything
in life. If it’s good, it’s wonderful. If it’s bad, it’s experience i.e. the perfect evidence of positive
thinking. Believe your dreams and Trust yourself.

Explain about Impact of Technology.
 What role doestechnology play in the learning process?
 How has itchanged things for students overthe past decade?
 What are the consequences of using technology in the learning process both good or bad?
Technology impacts on social, economical, educational, occupational, cultural, historical etc.
sector either directly or indirectly in our daily activities. Today I am going to describe about
impacts of technology in education. Technology plays the facilitator role in educating student.
Technology had change the educating methodology like learning, writing, listening, reading,
etc. Inventions of computer / Smartphones, E-books, Development of E-mail / Internet, Virtual
Class, DVD / CD with their books, Educational software developments too are the perfect
evidence of Technological development in learning.
It is true that, Technology helps the students to learn much faster. Some of the students using
technology to secure highest rank compared to another friends. Moreover, The first
technological impact of learning comes from computer. Such examples are mention below.
Like Internet:Internet access all over the world and it helps every people to get all information
from all over the world in once a time. After the development of internet learning had a major
impact in learning. People can get information instantly through internet. Another example
like CD / DVD: CDs are provided in books which explains some contents of the book through
videos. Concept can be easily explain through audio visuals given in CDs. Next evidence like
virtual Class: Virtual classrooms makes students more interactive. It helps to understand the
concept easily. Do you know, Video, Audio and Pictures explains more than text. Technology
system is time consuming and understand the concept easily. Technology helps to spend our
time with ourselves easily. We can entertain through technology by playing different kinds of
video games, listening bass boosted music, watch TV serial, movie etc. for joy and contentment
in our life.
Negative Findings:
There is lack of physical interactivity. Declining the writing skills of people. Computer base
education and Internet system cannot be available in all the places. People often using
computers gets physically affected.
In my view, I am kindly saying that Technology has mainly positive impact on learning in the
recent years. It enhance the way of learning and makes the students to gain knowledge easily.
Thus, the impact of technology makes people independent in next level of learning for further.
Explain about Self-Confidence.
Thanks for giving me such an interesting topic. Undoubtedly, It is true that the majority of
people would like to be success is self-confidence. It is difficult to describe it means something
different to each individual person.
Well, Self-confidence is believe in own capacity, power, strength and abilities. If people have
self-confidence then a people feels he/she expects to gets a certain awards as well as he/she
will achieve to success. As an evidence, ‘When you learn new things then you have ability to
generate new things like invention upgraded technology. However, Clearly people have loss
self-confidence then a people expects nothing in their feeling. For an example, If people have
no confidence to dare to face a problem then he/she can failure in his/her life. When people
mind is in harmony with our self-confidence, our mental energy/stamina will be stabilized and
we will be balance in every circumstances. There will be a fine moments between our thoughts.

Self-confidence is more especially trust in own ability, talent, power etc. to achieve some goal.
If, as a result of facing our self-confidence, we decide that we want to change, it is best to
identify some specific goals. What habitant can you change that will makeyou feel better about
yourself? There are different kinds of changes we may wish to focus on. The first are changes
in our life pattern and how we live it? Ask yourself are you happy in your lifestyle? Is it
satisfying? What about your relationships and your social life? If we would like to make more
standard lifestyle then we have required a self-confidence to change it. We can improve our
self-confidence in a different ways. One of the most important ways is to become trust our-self
and more acceptance in our own ability and talent. This attitude helps to increase the level of
self-confidence.
Do you know what? Why some people became depressed when they face a problem because
there is a lack of self-confidence while confident people never experience depression on facing
the same problem. Self-confidence, Self-power, Self-love, Self-esteem, Self-knowledge, Self-
realization, Self-ability are all the sequential factors involved in one’s self development.

P a g e | 3 Prepared By:- Suman Jyoti SpecialEnglish Course 2019 Gmail:- sumanzyotei5@gmail.com Kantipur Technical Institute Contact No.:- +977-9860653610 Bagbazzar-Kathmandu EXPLANATION Explain about Positive Thinking.  How to think Positive?  How to increase positive thinking inour life?  What is the powerof Positive Thinking?  How positive thinking can help you? The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulties. Moreover, the pessimist sees difficulties in every opportunity. Training your mind to think positive can be achieve leveraging a simple concept. Our mind has enough stamina to focus on different thought at a time. Positive sounds are veryuseful in everywhere. People want to think positive but it is much difficult toimplement in our daily life. People take action in our every thoughts. The impact of positive thinking on our work, our health, and our life is being studied by people like who are much smarter than us. Positive thinking, Positive attitude,Self-confidence, Ability to trust ourselves and Self-realization are the sequential factors involved in one’s personal success and its improvement. Do you know your mistakes do not define you? Believe in yourself and your feelings. Your creativity, your thought is powerful. Trust it. If you see the positive sides of everything, you’ll be able to live easily and comfortably than others. You will do better for others then best will come into you. Firstly, you need to keep your minds on what you want, and keep looking for ways to get it. Then after, you are clear about your goals and you are confident to dealing it and after a few time you accomplish your goals. Secondly, Optimist is the main treatment for bringing positive attitude in every problem and difficulty. When things go wrong, as they often do, Positive thinker only say, “That’s not a big issue!” and then they set about finding something positive about the situation, however pessimist never can. I just know positive attitude finds good ideas in any difficulties. I illustrate an example, positivity is like a mirror, You smile at it and it reflects smiles back at you. You shows your mood angry it shows your angry face back to you. So, what do you think i.e. the matter. If you think positive, your ways become positive and you cannot follow your mood in positive ways you will disturb with yourself. Every moment is the correct time for change your mood and start new beginning, new hope and make your dreams come true. Forget negativity and only remember better things are coming you just need to train your minds in positive ways. There’s no doubt that positivity is the result of achievement and success. A prime example of that are; winning a championship/prize, getting a better job and landing in huge position, finding someone if you love etc. etc. these things will bring joy and contentment in our life. But so often, we wrongly assume positive thoughts always follows success. Positive thinks with optimist is essential to building positive ways that allow for success. There are different ideas to increase our positive thinking. To mentioned that are Meditation (Just close your eyes, breathe and follow along), Writing (Wrote your daily task and publish in your life), Playing (Give yourself permission to smile and enjoy. Schedule time for play), Implementing (Implement your innovation without any thinking), Realizing (Realize what you doing either correct or incorrect) etc. I am fairly certain that, Stop stressing. Take a deep breath. You should never regret anything in life. If it’s good, it’s wonderful. If it’s bad, it’s experience i.e. the perfect evidence of positive thinking. Believe your dreams and Trust yourself.
  • 4. P a g e | 4 Prepared By:- Suman Jyoti SpecialEnglish Course 2019 Gmail:- sumanzyotei5@gmail.com Kantipur Technical Institute Contact No.:- +977-9860653610 Bagbazzar-Kathmandu Explain about Impact of Technology. Today I am going to describe about impacts of technology in education. Technology plays the facilitator role in educating student. Technology had change the educating methodology like learning, writing, listening, reading, etc. Inventions of computer / Smartphones, E-books, Development of E-mail / Internet, Virtual Class, DVD / CD with their books, Educational software developments too are the perfect evidence of Technological development in learning. It is true that, Technology helps the students to learn much faster. Some of the students using technology to secure highest rank compared to another friends. Moreover, The first technological impact of learning comes from computer. Such examples are mention below. Like Internet:Internet access all over the world and it helps every people to get all information from all over the world in once a time. After the development of internet learning had a major impact in learning. People can get information instantly through internet. Another example like CD / DVD: CDs are provided in books which explains some contents of the book through videos. Concept can be easily explain through audio visuals given in CDs. Next evidence like virtual Class: Virtual classrooms makes students more interactive. It helps to understand the concept easily. Do you know, Video, Audio and Pictures explains more than text. Technology system is time consuming and understand the concept easily. Technology helps to spend our time with ourselves easily. We can entertain through technology by playing different kinds of video games, listening bass boosted music, watch TV serial, movie etc. for joy and contentment in our life. Negative Findings: There is lack of physical interactivity. Declining the writing skills of people. Computer base education and Internet system cannot be available in all the places. People often using computers gets physically affected. In my view, I am kindly saying that Technology has mainly positive impact on learning in the recent years. It enhance the way of learning and makes the students to gain knowledge easily. Thus, the impact of technology makes people independent in next level of learning for further. Explain about Self-Confidence. Thanks for giving me such an interesting topic. Undoubtedly, It is true that the majority of people would like to be success is self-confidence. It is difficult to describe it means something different to each individual person. Well, Self-confidence is believe in own capacity, power, strength and abilities. If people have self-confidence then a people feels he/she expects to gets a certain awards as well as he/she will achieve to success. As an evidence, ‘When you learn new things then you have ability to generate new things like invention upgraded technology. However, Clearly people have loss self-confidence then a people expects nothing in their feeling. For an example, If people have no confidence to dare to face a problem then he/she can failure in his/her life. When people mind is in harmony with our self-confidence, our mental energy/stamina will be stabilized and we will be balance in every circumstances. There will be a fine moments between our thoughts.
  • 5. P a g e | 5 Prepared By:- Suman Jyoti SpecialEnglish Course 2019 Gmail:- sumanzyotei5@gmail.com Kantipur Technical Institute Contact No.:- +977-9860653610 Bagbazzar-Kathmandu Self-confidence is more especially trust in own ability, talent, power etc. to achieve some goal. If, as a result of facing our self-confidence, we decide that we want to change, it is best to identify some specific goals. What habitant can you change that will makeyou feel better about yourself? There are different kinds of changes we may wish to focus on. The first are changes in our life pattern and how we live it? Ask yourself are you happy in your lifestyle? Is it satisfying? What about your relationships and your social life? If we would like to make more standard lifestyle then we have required a self-confidence to change it. We can improve our self-confidence in a different ways. One of the most important ways is to become trust our-self and more acceptance in our own ability and talent. This attitude helps to increase the level of self-confidence. Do you know what? Why some people became depressed when they face a problem because there is a lack of self-confidence while confident people never experience depression on facing the same problem. Self-confidence, Self-power, Self-love, Self-esteem, Self-knowledge, Self- realization, Self-ability are all the sequential factors involved in one’s self development. Questions Questions are a good opportunity for you to interact with your audience. It may be helpful for you to try to predict what questions will be asked so that you can prepare your response in advance. You may wish to accept questions at any time during your presentation, or to keep a time for questions after your presentation. Normally, it's your decision, and you should make it clear during the introduction. Be polite with all questioners, even if they ask difficult questions. They are showing interest in what you have to say and they deserve attention. Sometimes you can reformulate a question. Or answer the question with another question. Or even ask for comment from the rest of the audience.
