3. Why new-placement?
Outplacement is offten seen as a way for participants to better understand
themselves and their skills, rather than as an operational help to find a new
job.
That’s why we’ve made the choice of making this feeling evolve by
focusing on an operational and fast return to work for our participants:
• Our consultants have all at least 8 years’ recruitment background in recruitment firms
or in internal recruitment. They met between 3’000 and 5’000 candidates in one-to-
one recruitment interviews.
• Thanks to this background, they are able to identify the candidates skills and know-
how, to orient and prepare them operationally in their searches
• They also rely, depending on the circumstances and expressed needs, on certified
coaches who are certified in different methodologies (MBTI, STRONG…)

• A 3 months program which is offten chosen in restructuring plans
including low-qualified profiles
• A « no time-limit » program which is offten chosen when there are
individual dismissals or as part of a bigger restructuring plan for
senior or management profiles.

Each of our programs are personalized
• Each employee has personalized one-to-one sessions every two weeks with his dedicated
consultant. But they also can ask as many additional sessions as they need to prepare
specificly every new interview process.

(their profile is visible from other users, they receive an alert as soon as a job is created in
their function and country)
Access to our partners’ facilities, Voisins Co-Working Spaces
• During all the program, the employees we take care of have access to the co-working
spaces (Rue des Voisins 8, Geneva – Place de Grenus 4, Geneva – Soon in Lausanne)
