Managed the Aerosol Technical Resource Team, including performance management,
assessment and feedback, training and coaching, team building, conflict resolution, etc. Team
consisted of electricians, mechanics and technicians. Team attained J-Standard Goals all five
years under my supervision. I reduced department expenses by an average of 3% year over
2. year. I spearheaded the implementation of energy reduction measures that averaged 4-5%
annually. My department had zero Lost-Time Incidents all five years under my supervision. I
traveled extensively overseas to assist equipment manufacturers in design for Aerosol
