Profile
As a highly-motivated and results orientated customer support consultant within the business software sector, I have a
proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to customers and colleagues alike. This is backed by a wide-
ranging knowledge of the Agresso product, most notably HR/Payroll, PCB, Financials, Reporting, Planner, Intellagent and
a proficient level of SQL skills.
During 14 years of Agresso experience I have shown myself to be self-motivated, organised and capable of working under
pressure. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to
completion. I enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team. In short, I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and eager to

resolving issues in conjunction with Agresso consultants where required. Installing upgrades and implementing new
