This letter is my personal recommendation for Stephen Lew. From October 20, 2014 though
March 19, 2015. I was Stephen’s immediate supervisor for our company, Colure Media.
Stephen Lew was our Human Resource Talent Scout and was responsible for recruiting,
screening, intern-viewing, hiring, on-boarding, training, and writing internship descriptions.
Stephen is amazing and one of the hardest working individuals that I have ever met, no matter
what the task was Stephen wouldn’t stop until the job was complete. While working at Colure
Media, he was very proficient in his time management skills and always delivered an
excellent quality of work. Stephen’s integrity was shown every day by his actions following
his words. His observant and attentive listening skills helped him to quickly identify
problems in order to determine the best solutions.
