A 4,500 sf remodel of an
existing retail space into
front of house offices for
a growth minded
renewable energy
company.

team discussions. The
design took advantage
of existing tall
clerestories windows to
let in natural daylight.
Attractive energy
efficient light pendants
were used at the high‐
focus areas, simpler
ones in open work
areas.

Note the character
grade sustainably
harvested wood
wainscotting, stainless
steel corner guards. The
bright colors were
selected to tie in with
the companies’ brand

Providing Architectural
Interiors design services
assisting client update &
modernize classic 1950’s
& 1980’s offices for 700
workers, over 150,000 sf
of space, on three
floors, work is ongoing.
Collaborators include National Life
Leadership and Creative Team members,
Creative Office Pavilion, Herman Miller,
Haworth, Office Envrionments, Light
Space Design, Efficiency Vermont,
Mother Nature’s Helper and a whole host
of very talented contractors.
Construction began in the fall of 2011
