2. We already had a pretty nice looking store that
we keep up year round, especially with placing in
the Summer Clean project the past two years.
So this year we had to find some really big
projects to do and improve on so that we could
place three years running!

3. One thing that's been neglected
since the store was bought was the
wall and area above our oven hood.

6. We got a quote
to finish the
wall above the
oven hood in
stainless. It
was expensive
but it is one of
the main things
that customers
see when
coming in our
store.

7. The old wall begins to come down.

8. The wall that was falling apart is finally
gone!

had our hood clean as

either had stained
And worn uniforms,
or still had the
Old green uniforms.
We made sure that
everyone of our
Employees got new
shirts and
Hats and had the
proper new
Papa Romano's
uniform.

equipment, such
as our dough
mixer and prep
table have been
needing a
makeover as well
that we had been
putting off.

43. We replaced the saftey hazard that was our
dough machine cord

45. The new rebuild kit compared to our old
worn out parts on our dough mixer

46. These parts have been long overdue as you
can tell by the wear.

47. We made sure to keep up our normal
cleaning projects, and cleaning behind
everything like we try to do year round.

48. We had to move everything to the back of the store so that we could
clean the floors and walls behind all our equipment, and get
ready for the next major project of the year.

our lobby to improove our image even further

73. We had the stainless steel company come out to quote, and measure our main
Register counter, as well as the counters in the lobby where our cabinets are, so that
We can replace the counter top with all stainless steel as well.
Unfortuantly we ran out of time for installation for this year's Summer Clean deadline.
