WEBER purchased an existing, fully furnished headquarters campus, but
needed to completely reconfigure, update and renovate the facility to meet
their needs. Over a 6 month period, AOI worked with Weber, Garnett and
DSI to manage and coordinate the renovation, reconfigured the existing
work stations, provided data cabling access to all, and installed both new
and used furniture throughout the facility … to include a new test kitchen,
café, training center & board room.

ORGANIC VALLEY
Valued Client Since 2014
Organic Valley is a thriving business recently surpassing a billion dollars as
a farming Co-Op, providing consumer Organic Dairy and Meat Products.
The need to consolidate offices resulted in a new 25 million dollar,
100,000 SF facility in Cashton, WI. AOI had two months to design, plan,
propose, and order the 310 workstations, 35 private offices, and several
conference rooms, seating and break out areas. AOI installed this project
and completed the punch list with a happy client. Hand painted cow murals,
a deconstructed tractor hanging in the main circular staircase housed in a
large grain silo, and custom carpet tiles adorned with a fake milk spill, help
to make this facility unique, vibrant, and an incredibly exciting project for
AOI to be a part of!

Originally a bid, AOI was up against 15 other dealers. It was
determined that AOI presented the best pricing, that we showed were
able to confidently and knowledgably work with them throughout
the bidding process, and that they felt most comfortable moving
forward with AOI for this project and three other nationwide facilities.
The entire floor was outfitted with workstations, private offices,
conference and training rooms, and seating. We created custom
applications to suit their company needs and created a fun and
functional environment for this cutting edge technology company. We
now have provided them furniture for their HQ in Boston, MA and in
an additional regional office in Waterville, Maine.
