THE AGM IS COMING!
As you would be aware, September the 13th has been chosen to
hold our AGM after the church service. As this is the third year
of the current Synod, those parishioners enrolled in 2019 are still
enrolled, which is most of us.
Any enrolled member who wishes to make a contribution in a
leadership capacity is encouraged to nominate. All positions are
vacant except for the Synod representatives. Thus, the positions
of Wardens, Parish Councillors and Nominators are available.
Nomination forms and enrolment forms will be available in the
Hall and Zara in the Office can send you a copy. Once
completed can you pass the forms to Celia Andrews who will be
the Returning Officer while I am away.
Those parishioners who are writing reports for the AGM need to
have them completed by 23rd August, 2020.
More detail next week. Let's be an organised team!
Cheers,
Carol Eaton

us know if you require any assistance.
Please maintain cough and sneeze etiquette.
Please maintain hand hygiene- on entry to the church and

At the conclusion of the use of the Church and the Hall, all
frequently touched surfaces are to be cleaned using a DAMP
wipe only to ensure wooden surfaces are cleaned but not
damage
Whilst it is great that WA has progressed to Phase 4 of the COVID-

following the following few guidelines:

3. On Wednesday the 15th of
July, In Giving We Receive is
being offered 50% donation
matching by the Global
Giving organisation!! Which
means that for every $100
donated they will add $50.
There is a catch - the 50%
is only being offered for
donations between $1100
and $1400, which are made
only on the 15th of July. If you would like to help, I am collecting
smaller donations and will make up the difference to ensure that we
qualify.
Thank you to those who have already contributed.
For others who want to help, please email or call me
