September. St Paul’s seeks a temporary office administrator from
the congregation for half a day, twice a week until the
appointment of a new Rector.

Core Unit – Introduction to Church History
Introduction to Church History, lectured by The Reverend Dr Ric
Barrett-Lennard, gives students an overview of the history of the
Christian Church from its beginnings to the modern period. We pay
particular attention to the early foundational period, as well as to
the Church of England and the emergence of Anglicanism.
When: Tuesday evenings; 20 October – 8 December
Time: 6.00pm – 8.00pm
Venue: St Basil’s Anglican Church, Murdoch-Winthrop
Cost: $150 for credit; $80 for audit

Swim for Refugees provides free swimming lessons for those of
refugee and asylum seeker background. Season 8 of the swim
program will run for seven Saturdays, from 10 October - 21
November. Volunteers teach swimming in small classes of
students of all ages, followed by a cuppa and pancakes! Training
is provided for all roles.
The Volunteer Information and Training Day will be held on
Saturday the 3rd of October from 10:30am at John Bloomfield
Lecture Theatre, UWA.
