INTRODUCTION:
• FOR EXAMPLE, SUNLIGHT OR WIND KEEP SHINING AND BLOWING,
EVEN IF THEIR AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ON TIME AND WEATHER.
• WHILE RENEWABLE ENERGY IS OFTEN THOUGHT OF AS A NEW
TECHNOLOGY, HARNESSING NATURE’S POWER HAS LONG BEEN
USED FOR HEATING, TRANSPORTATION, LIGHTING, AND MORE.
• THE SUN HAS PROVIDED WARMTH DURING THE DAY AND HELPED
KINDLE FIRES TO LAST INTO THE EVENING.
• BUT OVER THE PAST 500 YEARS OR SO, HUMANS INCREASINGLY
TURNED TO CHEAPER, DIRTIER ENERGY

13. * Solar panels of 12V 100mA are used in the system.
* 6 panels are connected in parallel. This adds up the current but keeps
the voltage constant.( 12V 600mA)
* The positive of the panels are connected to the positive and the
negative of the panels are connected to the negative of a digital 7
segment voltmeter respectively.
* The voltmeter is connected to a 12V 1.3Ah battery via a diode D1 and
a rocker switch S2.
* IN4007S diode is used to prevent the reverse flow of current from
battery to the solar panels.
WORKING
14. * The solar panels can charge the battery only if switch S2 is turned
on.
* The battery is connected to a DC - DC converted via another
switch S1.
* LM2596 DC - DC converter is used to regulate and convert the
incoming voltage of 12V from the battery to 4.9V.
* The converter is connected to a 2 channel 2.4 GHz RC control
board.
* 2 gear motors are connected to the RC control board.
15. The project was a great experience. We was able to
experience things that we have only seen in textbooks. The
project was an inspiration to my studies as the things we do
will create a better future. The project helped me to realize
that our world is running out of energy and renewable
energy sources are the future. Even when we say the world is
advanced the core element of development in any sector is
energy. Without a sustainable source of energy, development
couldn’t take place. Renewable energy being the solution to
this problem we was able to attain a better awareness of the
fact renewable energy is the future.
CONCLUSION
16. The things we learned during the period of 20 days will help
our life both academically and personally. The project was a
life experience. The teachers were so supportive throughout
the process.
The project helped to break the barrier between the textbook
and practical application. This helped to create a better
understanding of the things we have only seen in the
textbooks. The project is incomparable to anything we could
understand and regarding the terms related to solar power
production.
