As ALL of you know there is a tremendous driver shortage According to ATA’s Driver Shortage Report. In 2014, the shortage of truck drivers was roughly 38,000. In 2015, the shortage increased to 48,000, the highest level ever recorded. Looking ahead to 2016, if the economy picks up slightly, like we expect, the shortage could quickly jump to 73,500.
