The TA project phase II will outsource PARIS (an ING IM system) master-feeder administration and functionality
to the Transfer Agent (TA); Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM). To accomplish this, all the incoming and outgoing
PARIS flows must be routed via BNYM. The TIBCO environment will cater for order/order execution & cash flow
forecast flows between ING systems Aladdin and SCD with BNYM

The implementation of the ING Investment Management`s Blackrock Aladdin system is part the European
Roadmap project. To solve the issues in the front office and create a scalable platform the MT made an intended
decision to implement Blackrock. Blackrock will replace a large part of the current Excel environment, CRIMS, FK
and SCD FO.
