PROJECT DETAILS:
1. Business Intelligence – Data Ware House:
Technology: DATA Stage and TERA data
Role: Currently playing a role of Business Analyst in Business Intelligence for Asia and US projects. This
project is to enrich the Wealth Management data in Data Ware house for the MIS reports where in the
investment of customer being captured and reported to senior management in CITI.
Below is core responsible for my role;
• Understanding the business requirement and preparing FRD.
• Co ordinate with upstream and get the requirement done.
• Regular discussion with stake holders to discuss on project status.
• Manage small team on development.
2. Anti Money laundry:
Technology: Ab Initio, Mantas
Role: Project Manager in Promontory Financial Group (PFG).
This project is mandated by OCC group by United State of Nation. This project is to enrich the existing
customer, bank and other transaction related details for the impact analysis when a customer identified a
risk customer.
Below is core responsible for my role;
• Understanding the business requirement and preparing FRD.
• Co ordinate with upstream and get the requirement done.
• Regular discussion with stake holders to discuss on project status.
• Manage small team on development.
3. Data Ware house
Technology: SAS, AIX, DB2, Data Stage
Role: Business Production Support Manager – Managing 20 Members team
This is the project support team which supporting for most of the Asian countries. PDW team is responsible
to meet the BASEL II SLA on monthly basis to Business. Apart from the Monthly we support Daily and
Weekly batches to meet the other Data Marts to SCB.
Below is core responsible for my role;

4. Data Warehouse – Basel II
Client: Citibank – Central America
Technology: SAS, UNIX, Oracle
Role: Business Analyst
The major part of development in Data warehouse is BASEL II enhancement.
Basel II is a regulatory system where in the Asset details will be analyzed by separating into different
Portfolio. From Data warehouse the Portfolios will be grouped by the Pool level and handoff files will be
generated as All, Score, Recovery files and those will be uploaded in GCBC system for reconciliation. The
files which got generated in DWH will be used to analyze the Credit Risk of the Product.
Responsibilities
 Prepared the Project Plan in Micro Soft Project Planning.
 Data sourcing from the respective systems of ICC/ECS and banking.
 Ensure Data modeling has been done depend upon the Business requirement and transforming into
STAR Module using ETL (Data Stage). Generate the BO MIS reports to Business.
 Managing the application and the Development team. Delivering the project.
 Constantly tapping on the improvement areas.
 Providing timely updates to the top management.
 Interaction with Business Users to understand the issues in UAT, and their expectations and to work
towards fulfilling their expectations.
 Responsible for overseeing the Quality and Compliance procedures related to the project.
5. Data Warehouse – Basel II
Client: Citibank – Venezuela, Panama and Peru
Technology: ORACLE 10G (SQL *Plus, PL/SQL) Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripts Toad, Data Stage
Role: Project Leader
Basel II is a regulatory system where in the Asset details will be analyzed by separating into different
Portfolio. From Data warehouse the Portfolios will be generated into maximum 10 csv files and given handoff
to GCBC system for validation.
Responsibilities
 Managing the application and the team.
 Data sourcing from the respective systems of ICC/ECS and banking.
 Ensure Data modeling has been done depend upon the Business requirement and transforming into
STAR Module using ETL (DataStage). Generate the BO MIS reports to Business.

6. Data Ware House
Client: CITIBANK – Panama and Peru
Technology: ORACLE 9i (SQL Plus, PL/SQL), Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripts and Toad
Role: Senior Team Member
Team Size: 10
Data Ware house project is used to prepare the MIS reports on Portfolio. Based on the logic provided by the
Business the BO reports like PQR, Micro Lending will be generated and Published to Business. In DWH ICC
and respective countries will give the raw download for Cards and Retails respectively. The files will be
loaded in the raw table and then converted in the Interim Tables as per the Logic. STAR schema will be build
from Interim Table and shown to the business for their verification.
Responsibilities
 Supporting Countries like Panama and Peru and Solving User Queries.
 Interaction with Business Users for gathering requirements.
 Handling Rollouts, Developments, Enhancements, Defect Fixes and Code Deployment.
 Project tracking, scheduling and timely reporting to top management.
 Responsible for overseeing the Quality procedures related to the project.
7. Citiconnect Rel 4.1
Client: CEEMEA London
Duration: Feb -2003 – July 2004
Technology: ORACLE 9i (SQL Plus, PL/SQL), Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripts and Toad
Role: Team Lead
This project deals with the various financing options provided to the buyer / seller through front-end
services. The system deals with the interface with various Loan module available in other banking system
like IBBS, FLEXCUBE. The project offers the customer a secured payment gateway though online & offline
service. The visa 3D interface for visa cards is also the key part of the release.
Responsibilities
 Supporting the system (SIT, UAT and Production) and Solving User Queries.
 Development / Enhancements, Bug Fixing and Deployment.
 Interaction with Business Users for gathering requirements.
 Managing resource utilization and task allocation
8. Citi connect Rel 4.1 / Onsite Development at Poland
Client: CEEMEA London
Technology: ORACLE 9i (SQL *Plus, PL/SQL) Oracle Forms and Unix Shell Scripts
Role: Project Coordinator
The onsite development was mainly concentrated on the development of the authorization module,
transaction and settlement module as well for release 4.1 enhancement.
Responsibilities
 As a Project Coordinator my role is to analyze and understand the requirements given by user, and
determining the scope of the project.
 Developed and implemented the project in Poland.
9. Citi connect Rel 4.0
Client: CEEMEA London
Technology: ORACLE (8.1.6), Pro *C, PL/SQL, EJB, Servlets
Role: Joined as a Team Member and exited as a Project Leader
Team Size: 15
Project offers settlement and financing services to entities irrespective of whether they are customers of
Citibank or not.
Responsibilities
 Gather the requirement from the user, analyze the scope of project, determining course of action and
milestones to meet objectives
 Converting user requirements into technical designing
 Development, providing support for testing, co-ordination with User for UAT and Implementation of the
project
10. CitiConnect -Release 3.1
Client: Citibank CEEMEA
Technology: ORACLE (8.1.6), Pro *C, PL/SQL
 The seller settlement process was made highly flexible as partial, multi-partial settlement/refund was
introduced. Entire seller settlement process was revamped. The Process of routing the off us credit card
transaction through PRIME was introduced.
 The introducing of mobile commerce and the customer signs up with the CitiMobiles through a Front-end
services and a backend batch process. For the Customers who signs up with CitiMobiles, the alert from
citiconnect will be send to them through CitiMobiles. The online settlement message was introduced so
that the merchants can send online message to citi connect for settlement as they send for the
transactions.
 The vertical exchange model was incorporated allowing the sellers to hold account anywhere. The
vertical exchange model is fully seller centric. During this period, Juice pay was migrated into
CitiConnect.

11. Citiconnect
Client: CEEMEA London
Duration: Nov 2000 – June 2001

Team Size: 20
CitiConnect is the eCommerce product, which avails the facility for B2B and B2C customer with secured
Payment Gateway facility.
 This project has the interface with all Citibank systems (IBBS, ORBIT, and PRIME), which has been
launched first in Poland. After successful launch in Poland, it has been rolled out for Czech, Hungary,
India, and UAE, EGYPT with country specific changes for CitiConnect. Customer applies for a CitiConnect
card through the net, selects the password of his choice and then the card will be activated once the
fund is received from his bank account.
 FT concept is introduced to facilitate the customers to transfer the money from his bank account to his
CitiConnect card account. The customer uses his CitiConnect card to make his transaction through the
NET with any merchants having tie-up with CitiConnect.
 The customer will be debited online from his card account and the merchant will be credited by end of
the day. But in case of IBBS /ORBIT/PRIME buyers no need to fund his CitiConnect card, while doing
transaction CitiConnect will contact Citibank system and debit the customer from his banking account.
 Other main feature of CitiConnect is B2B .In B2B Concept; more than one card will be assigned to a
corporate.
Responsibilities
 As a team member, involved in the design and development of all Merchants operations & authorization
module, interface programs with IBBS/ORBIT/PRIME.
 Designed the programs having interface with core banking system.

Business Intelligence – Data Ware House: Technology: DATA Stage and TERA data Role: Currently playing a role of Business Analyst in Business Intelligence for Asia and US projects. This project is to enrich the Wealth Management data in Data Ware house for the MIS reports where in the investment of customer being captured and reported to senior management in CITI. Below is core responsible for my role; • Understanding the business requirement and preparing FRD. • Co ordinate with upstream and get the requirement done. • Regular discussion with stake holders to discuss on project status. • Manage small team on development. 2. Anti Money laundry: Technology: Ab Initio, Mantas Role: Project Manager in Promontory Financial Group (PFG). This project is mandated by OCC group by United State of Nation. This project is to enrich the existing customer, bank and other transaction related details for the impact analysis when a customer identified a risk customer. Below is core responsible for my role; • Understanding the business requirement and preparing FRD. • Co ordinate with upstream and get the requirement done. • Regular discussion with stake holders to discuss on project status. • Manage small team on development. 3. Data Ware house Technology: SAS, AIX, DB2, Data Stage Role: Business Production Support Manager – Managing 20 Members team This is the project support team which supporting for most of the Asian countries. PDW team is responsible to meet the BASEL II SLA on monthly basis to Business. Apart from the Monthly we support Daily and Weekly batches to meet the other Data Marts to SCB.   • 3. Role: Business Analyst The major part of development in Data warehouse is BASEL II enhancement. Basel II is a regulatory system where in the Asset details will be analyzed by separating into different Portfolio. From Data warehouse the Portfolios will be grouped by the Pool level and handoff files will be generated as All, Score, Recovery files and those will be uploaded in GCBC system for reconciliation. The files which got generated in DWH will be used to analyze the Credit Risk of the Product. Responsibilities  Prepared the Project Plan in Micro Soft Project Planning.  Data sourcing from the respective systems of ICC/ECS and banking.  Ensure Data modeling has been done depend upon the Business requirement and transforming into STAR Module using ETL (Data Stage). Generate the BO MIS reports to Business.  Managing the application and the Development team. Delivering the project.  Constantly tapping on the improvement areas.  Providing timely updates to the top management.  Interaction with Business Users to understand the issues in UAT, and their expectations and to work towards fulfilling their expectations.  Responsible for overseeing the Quality and Compliance procedures related to the project. 5. Data Warehouse – Basel II Client: Citibank – Venezuela, Panama and Peru Technology: ORACLE 10G (SQL *Plus, PL/SQL) Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripts Toad, Data Stage Role: Project Leader Basel II is a regulatory system where in the Asset details will be analyzed by separating into different Portfolio. From Data warehouse the Portfolios will be generated into maximum 10 csv files and given handoff to GCBC system for validation. Data Ware House Client: CITIBANK – Panama and Peru Technology: ORACLE 9i (SQL Plus, PL/SQL), Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripts and Toad Role: Senior Team Member Team Size: 10 Data Ware house project is used to prepare the MIS reports on Portfolio. Based on the logic provided by the Business the BO reports like PQR, Micro Lending will be generated and Published to Business. In DWH ICC and respective countries will give the raw download for Cards and Retails respectively. The files will be loaded in the raw table and then converted in the Interim Tables as per the Logic. STAR schema will be build from Interim Table and shown to the business for their verification. Responsibilities

Citiconnect Rel 4.1 Client: CEEMEA London Duration: Feb -2003 – July 2004 Technology: ORACLE 9i (SQL Plus, PL/SQL), Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripts and Toad Role: Team Lead This project deals with the various financing options provided to the buyer / seller through front-end services. The system deals with the interface with various Loan module available in other banking system like IBBS, FLEXCUBE. The project offers the customer a secured payment gateway though online & offline service. The visa 3D interface for visa cards is also the key part of the release. Responsibilities  Supporting the system (SIT, UAT and Production) and Solving User Queries.  Development / Enhancements, Bug Fixing and Deployment.  Interaction with Business Users for gathering requirements.  Managing resource utilization and task allocation 8. Citi connect Rel 4.1 / Onsite Development at Poland Client: CEEMEA London Technology: ORACLE 9i (SQL *Plus, PL/SQL) Oracle Forms and Unix Shell Scripts Role: Project Coordinator The onsite development was mainly concentrated on the development of the authorization module, transaction and settlement module as well for release 4.1 enhancement. Responsibilities  As a Project Coordinator my role is to analyze and understand the requirements given by user, and determining the scope of the project.  Developed and implemented the project in Poland. 9. Citi connect Rel 4.0 Client: CEEMEA London Technology: ORACLE (8.1.6), Pro *C, PL/SQL, EJB, Servlets Role: Joined as a Team Member and exited as a Project Leader Team Size: 15 Project offers settlement and financing services to entities irrespective of whether they are customers of Citibank or not. Responsibilities  Gather the requirement from the user, analyze the scope of project, determining course of action and milestones to meet objectives  Converting user requirements into technical designing  Development, providing support for testing, co-ordination with User for UAT and Implementation of the project 10.   • 5. Technology: ORACLE (8.1.6), Pro *C, PL/SQL  The seller settlement process was made highly flexible as partial, multi-partial settlement/refund was introduced. Entire seller settlement process was revamped. The Process of routing the off us credit card transaction through PRIME was introduced.  The introducing of mobile commerce and the customer signs up with the CitiMobiles through a Front-end services and a backend batch process. For the Customers who signs up with CitiMobiles, the alert from citiconnect will be send to them through CitiMobiles. The online settlement message was introduced so that the merchants can send online message to citi connect for settlement as they send for the transactions.  The vertical exchange model was incorporated allowing the sellers to hold account anywhere. The vertical exchange model is fully seller centric. During this period, Juice pay was migrated into CitiConnect. Responsibilities: Designing, Development, Testing and Solving queries 11. Citiconnect Client: CEEMEA London Duration: Nov 2000 – June 2001 Technology: ORACLE (8.1.6), Pro *C, PL/SQL, EJB, Servlets Team Size: 20 CitiConnect is the eCommerce product, which avails the facility for B2B and B2C customer with secured Payment Gateway facility.  This project has the interface with all Citibank systems (IBBS, ORBIT, and PRIME), which has been launched first in Poland. After successful launch in Poland, it has been rolled out for Czech, Hungary, India, and UAE, EGYPT with country specific changes for CitiConnect. Customer applies for a CitiConnect card through the net, selects the password of his choice and then the card will be activated once the fund is received from his bank account.  FT concept is introduced to facilitate the customers to transfer the money from his bank account to his CitiConnect card account. The customer uses his CitiConnect card to make his transaction through the NET with any merchants having tie-up with CitiConnect.  The customer will be debited online from his card account and the merchant will be credited by end of the day. But in case of IBBS /ORBIT/PRIME buyers no need to fund his CitiConnect card, while doing transaction CitiConnect will contact Citibank system and debit the customer from his banking account.  Other main feature of CitiConnect is B2B .In B2B Concept; more than one card will be assigned to a corporate. Responsibilities  As a team member, involved in the design and development of all Merchants operations & authorization module, interface programs with IBBS/ORBIT/PRIME.  Designed the programs having interface with core banking system.  Successfully finished UAT/Implementation in Poland.
