process driven by an automated workflow engine, and provide task management and dashboards
for the monitoring of activities. LOP was replacing as-is tools Branch Tool Mortgage (BTM) and
TPA503 in the branches and to replace PHL-Local in back office.
In lending, it had an impact on collateral and mortgage application.
