goodwill, farmer preferential right and mandates) to VORTEX. Those lack of valuations had an huge
impact on the calculation of the RWA (Risk Weighted Asset) of the bank.

 Loan Originating Platform (LOP):
The purpose of this project was to provide a new end-to-end web application for the origination of
mortgages, from the simulation in the branches to the activation by client services after the deed is
signed. It features to provide single encoding from multiple encoding, a fully paperless business
process driven by an automated workflow engine, and provide task management and dashboards
for the monitoring of activities. LOP was replacing as-is tools Branch Tool Mortgage (BTM) and
TPA503 in the branches and to replace PHL-Local in back office.
In lending, it had an impact on collateral and mortgage application.
Responsibilities
For Mortgages,
 Involved in providing functional specifications document SSD for LOP->TIBCO->Backend
Mortgage application to remove existing link i.e. Back office (PHL Local)-> Backend
Mortgage application, this has removed the double encoding of mortgage deeds from the
bank.

For collaterals,
 Provided mapping and support for TIBCO related interfaces to retrieve collaterals as per
business needs.
 ING Cards Incident Monitoring
The ING Cards department have a very specific way of detecting and monitoring payment
incidents, more specifically the Over limit and Delinquency. The purpose of this project to improve
the detection and handling of such Payment incidents.
