Inclusion and Diversity is a hot topic, intuitively we all know that it matters but what is done on a daily basis to encourage and tolerate differences in the business world? We know that business suffers when employees feel they can't bring their whole selves to work, that customers expect businesses to share their values and have a greater sense of purpose, that people want to work for companies that support and promotes differences for a better, stronger, happier environment. Business is so influential in our culture, in our communities and in our collective understanding, that to endorse diversity and inclusion simply because it is good for business falls short.
