Independence Day is celebrated in the United States on July 4. On that day in
1776, the Declaration of Independence was signed two days after a vote on
seceding from the United Kingdom.
3. WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA?
The immediate cause of this conflict was the unfair treatment that Great Britain
inflicted on the colonists, since they contributed wealth and taxes to the
metropolis but did not have the means to decide on said taxes, so they felt
marginalized and unrepresented.
