Outline Of A Short Story
A ghostly outline of the deep grey shadow holds me hostage In an ablaze world with darkness suffocating slowly down the surface my alabaster
skin The silence lies on my body like poison, telling me that I am never going to run away Truth in the form of whispers, And ice watered tears as
fire of anger burns my cheeks I was etched in charcoal, The vibrant hues of the outside were no more than a vivid lie So extreme and inky in the eyes
of humanity, Gloomier than the shadows that hide in the dark And when the bright gold and orange tints bleed like fire in the east I capture all my true
being and conceal it inside my heart Then continue to live in the faultless universe

Frankenstein: Outline
Introduction:
We have all heard of the big scary monster of Frankenstein. It has been a story told through decades, each story a little different.
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein is the original story of Frankenstein's monster. She wrote the story of Victor Frankenstein and his creation.
Through decades of this story being told, society has stripped away Shelley's original description of the monster and created an entirely new set of ideas.
Victor Frankenstein's creation has been molded into a big zombie–like monster. Society has changed the monster's appearance and emotions and for the
sake of what?
Body Paragraph 1:
Mary Shelley's physical description of Frankenstein has been altered by society to match a more...show more content...
These changes have stripped the idea of the monster having any human–like physical qualities. The alterations have created an even uglier and foul
creature.
Body Paragraph 2:
Besides just altering Frankenstein's Monster's physical appearance, society has changed Shelley's depiction of his intellect and mental ability drastically.
Mary Shelley's describes Frankenstein's monster as equal intellectually developed as a human being. He is emotional and psychological advanced. He
can speak and read English as well as some other languages.
These details and characteristics are very very human–like in nature. He is psychologically equal if not more advanced than an average human being.
"Everywhere I see bliss, from which I alone am irrevocably excluded. I was benevolent and good; misery made me fiend." p.87
The monster was once good. He has the mental capacity to feel lonely enough to change into the monster he is currently portrayed to be.
Today's society has completely stripped the monster of all of his mental capabilities.
The monster was once portrayed and a very intelligent and emotional creature with exact human psychology.
"Unlike so many of his on–screen interpretations, the Creature of the novel is eloquent, thoughtful, and – at least at first – inspired by the beauty of the
natural world. Later, he uses his gift for language to articulate his anguish, telling Frankenstein, 'I am content to reason with you. I am malicious
because I am miserable. Am I not

Outline Scientific Theory
Between all of the factors that outline the scientific studies such the theories, hypothesis and even law but what differences and similarities do they
share? A scientific theory is usually said to be a well tested concept that explains an endless supply of observations. For example we obviously know
that the Earth revolves around the sun and has been tested through observation and experiment which clearly cant come up with another explanation to
contradict this theory. On the other end of the spectrum we have scientific hypothesis which is commonly seen as a possible explanation for a set of
observations or answer to a scientific question must be testable. A great example that can be used is if you were to test smokers and observing which

Introductory Paragraph On Abortion
Introductory Paragraph Abortion shouldn't be something that someone should have to think about. It should be a no brainer answer to the child's
parents. One should not ever have to make the decision of if they want a child to live or not to live. Society has misjudged this cruel topic,
overthought this cruel topic, and blown this cruel topic out of proportion. No child should have to be so called, "murdered" for the lack of
responsibility of his or her parents. The bible states abortion is murder, and that murder is wrong, and illegal. Abortion should be illegal due to the
negative impacts of killing a human being. The Bible is completely at odds with the worldview of those who support abortion. The Bible never
mentions the practice of abortion, but those wanting to shape their lives around the Bible should find the practice both absurd and inacceptable. The
Bible teaches that pregnancy is a good thing and children are a blessing (Jones). The Bible states... Don't you see that children are God's best gift? The
fruit of the womb his generous legacy? Like a warrior's fistful of...show more content...
"Approximately 3,000 Americans lost their lives as a result of the destruction of the World Trade Center towers on 9/11. Every single day, more
than 3,000 American babies are killed by abortion" (Snyder). This fact is sickening, and compares two different situations. The destruction of the
World Trade Center towers did not happen by choice, and people did not die by choice. This event was viewed as tragic for the US, and lots of people
were killed. The same number of people killed on this one day happens to also be the same number of abortions that happen every single day. This
means that if 3000 abortions happen every day then a little over 1,000,000 babies are killed every year. There is no difference from people being killed
in 9/11 to babies being killed in the

Essay On Counselling
Counselling is a talking therapy that involves an interactive relationship of client and counsellor (Geldard & Geldard, 2009a). Counselling offers
opportunities for clients to talk to the counsellor about their problems and feelings in a confidential environment. A counsellor generally helps the
clients to see things from a different perspective and find their own solutions based on their own beliefs. The primary purpose of counselling is to
enable the clients to develop a better understanding of self and be able to make changes to cope with difficulties in their lives, by reaching their own
decisions and act upon them accordingly to develop a satisfying life (Geldard & Geldard, 2009a). The self is a summation of a complex, dynamic and
organized system of learned beliefs that a person holds to be true about his own existence and this make human beings unique (Purkey & Stanley,
2001). Therefore, client–counsellor relationship is unique for each person. To ensure the effectiveness of counselling, Carl Rogers identified 3 desirable
conditions of the client–counsellor relationship that can be applied throughout the counselling session (Geldard & Geldard, 2009b)....show more

Rogers regard empathy as the basis for anything that occurs during a counselling. A counsellor should be empathic with the client as trusting
relationship can be formed when the client feels cared for and secure. This relationship can be developed by understanding of the thoughts and feelings
that the client experienced. In other words, a counsellor should 'walk into the client's shoes' to get a better understanding of the client. With this trust,
the clients might expose their innermost thoughts and feelings to the

Outline For Persuasive Essay
Thank you for positing your first draft for review!
Strengths: Interesting topic. One we should all be talking about. Global warming is something that is not something that will happen in the future but
is actually happening right now. You have lots of great sources that provide a lot of information.
What Works? Why?
1. Introduction: Your introduction is the place where you catch the reader's attention. You want this to be a place where you provide facts that will
get the reader wanting to read the following paragraphs. In a persuasive essay there is no place for the first person. By starting with "I believe..." you
have already lost credibility. The reader will now think that your paper is based on your opinions rather than facts. Your thesis

Supporting Evidence: I feel you have strong supporting evidence.
4. Conclusion: Just like in your introduction the first person hasn't have a place in this paper. You do a great job proving your point but again it can
all be for nothing by adding YOUR opinion to the conclusion. The conclusion paragraph is the point where you wrap up your essay and you remind
the reader what your thesis was. Without a thesis, you don't have a place to connect the reader back to the beginning.
Thesis: You are missing a thesis. The thesis helps you make your point about what the paper will be about and tell the reader what points you will be
touching on to prove your point. I would suggest you pick three points that you feel will make a strong case on why or what is causing global warming.
After pointing out those three points you can write the paragraph that will include why and how those things are hurting our animals, habitats and
human life.
Structure: Overall your structure is good. I do see some grammatical and spelling errors. Like in your conclusion you use the word "and" to connect
the points you are making, you should try using a comma to separate those points. There is also a really long sentence that can actually be broken up
into two

Formal Sentence Outline
For your formal draft, compose a formal sentence outline. All sub–headings (A, B, & C) on your formal outline will follow the same format for
sub–headings on the working outline and may include more headings than the ones that I have listed. If you feel that your opponents' arguments are
stronger than your own, then you will want to swap the ideas in Headings II and III in order to leave your reader with the final thoughts of the analysis
of your own arguments.
Process for Writing the Paper:
Compose your outline from your annotated bibliography, alternating your sources in each paragraph. (Three different sources per paragraph: one expert
opinion; one story of someone suffering from this issue; and one statistic per paragraph) (Remember to include the...show more content...

Contractions (for example won't, can't, haven't, etc.)

Informative Speech Outline On Diabetes
Introduction.
We all enjoy having a sweet treat every now and then. This sweet treat is almost always full of sugar that is taken by the body and converted into
glucose that our body can use as a source of energy or store it for later, this process of using sugar and storing it is done via metabolic reactions.
Metabolic reactions are chemical reactions that take place in us and make use of the food and hormones that are our body. Diabetes mellitus, or diabetes
for short, will prohibit patients diagnosed with it from having a lot of sugary foods, if not forcing them to avoid sugars completely.
I.Understanding the problem of diabetes.
A.The origin of the name "Diabetes Mellitus".
The word "diabetes" originates from the Greek word "siphon"...show more content...
There is currently no cure for diabetes, nevertheless, all types of diabetes can be treated and managing diabetes starts with diagnosing it. Diagnosis
of diabetes could be done by a doctor and the sooner it is diagnosed the less damaging it will be. The information in this section was collected from
source 2 page 7.
1.Treatment of diabetes.
Treatment of diabetes is important to minimize the harm that is done to the body by diabetes. In addition to exercise and a special diet, type 1 diabetes
patients need regular insulin injections to lower the blood sugar levels, while people with type 2 diabetes usually don't need insulin shots, most of them
require insulin tablets in addition to healthy diets and regular exercise and a few don't even need the insulin tablets. (2, 7)
Conclusion
It is evident that diabetes has become a real problem something must be done about it. People must start taking care of themselves by eating right and
being physically active and healthy if they don't have diabetes or seeking professional assistance as soon as possible if they already have diabetes. I
also believe that government and big organizations need to increase awareness about this dangerous disease and what must be done to avoid

Outline Of Proposed Proposal For A Proposal
Introduction The introduction of the proposal should be one complete page long and will most likely be divided into two paragraphs. Notice that the
section headings (Table of Contents, Abstract, Introduction, etc.) are still formatted in Times New Roman, 12 point font. Titles, cover pages, and
section headings do not need to be in oversized font, but these may be bolded or underlined to create a separation between the heading and the text.
Also, notice that the section heading appears on the first line and the text begins on the second line (extra space and/or skipped lines should not be
present). The introduction will give more details about the problem that the proposal solution will address. While the problem was identified in the
letter of transmittal and the abstract of the proposal, this section will allow for more details to be identified about the exact problem. The reader
should have a complete understanding of exactly what led the author to write this proposal. This will be the only place that the problem will be
discussed in detail and may include data or statistics related to the problem. Ideally, this portion of the proposal should not include any figures, tables,
or illustrations. Instead, those can be utilized in the body of the proposal to explain the solution plan and benefits. The second paragraph of the
introduction can discuss the purpose of the proposal (the solution and request). This should briefly introduce or outline what the proposal suggests as

Fasting Informative Speech Outline
I."Fasting is an effective and safe method of helping the body detoxify itself." Quote by: James F. Balch, and Phyllis A. Balch. When you begin
fasting, toxins are created in your body, mostly because of food and water. During your fast your body is provided resting time, most importantly,
it gives your organs a rest which could potentially prolong your life. To prepare yourself for a fast you should try to eat mostly fruits, and
vegetables. Intermittent fasting means fasting for certain hours of a day. While periodic fasting is when you fast for three days or longer for two or
more weeks. The description of hunger is when your bodies respond to lack of food, then your body begins searching for food. If you get hungry
during your fast it's advised that you eat watermelon (if you absolutely need it), drink lemon juice or coffee. While giving organs rest and creating
longevity, fasting is a controlled medical regimen. II.The molecular mechanisms in your body can affect your life in drastic ways. A.When fasting your
body eats fatty acids, and ketone bodies, which then release energy in the process. 1.Some things fasting can help with reduced inflammation, oxidative

Outline Of A Short Story

  • 1. Outline Of A Short Story A ghostly outline of the deep grey shadow holds me hostage In an ablaze world with darkness suffocating slowly down the surface my alabaster skin The silence lies on my body like poison, telling me that I am never going to run away Truth in the form of whispers, And ice watered tears as fire of anger burns my cheeks I was etched in charcoal, The vibrant hues of the outside were no more than a vivid lie So extreme and inky in the eyes of humanity, Gloomier than the shadows that hide in the dark And when the bright gold and orange tints bleed like fire in the east I capture all my true being and conceal it inside my heart Then continue to live in the faultless universe Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 2. Frankenstein : Outline : Frankenstein Frankenstein: Outline Introduction: We have all heard of the big scary monster of Frankenstein. Society has changed the monster's appearance and emotions and for the sake of what? Body Paragraph 1: Mary Shelley's physical description of Frankenstein has been altered by society to match a more...show more content... These changes have stripped the idea of the monster having any human–like physical qualities. The alterations have created an even uglier and foul creature. Body Paragraph 2: Besides just altering Frankenstein's Monster's physical appearance, society has changed Shelley's depiction of his intellect and mental ability drastically. Mary Shelley's describes Frankenstein's monster as equal intellectually developed as a human being. He is emotional and psychological advanced. He can speak and read English as well as some other languages. These details and characteristics are very very human–like in nature. He is psychologically equal if not more advanced than an average human being. "Everywhere I see bliss, from which I alone am irrevocably excluded. I was benevolent and good; misery made me fiend." p.87 The monster was once good. He has the mental capacity to feel lonely enough to change into the monster he is currently portrayed to be. Today's society has completely stripped the monster of all of his mental capabilities. The monster was once portrayed and a very intelligent and emotional creature with exact human psychology. "Unlike so many of his on–screen interpretations, the Creature of the novel is eloquent, thoughtful, and – at least at first – inspired by the beauty of the natural world. Later, he uses his gift for language to articulate his anguish, telling Frankenstein, 'I am content to reason with you. I am malicious because I am miserable. Am I not

  • 4. Standardized Testing Outline Are standardized tests a good way to measure intelligence in the United States? Nicholas Ao Specific Purpose Statement: To invite my audience to consider the pros and cons of standardized testing, specifically in high school in the United States. Thesis: Everyone who has grown up in the United States has had to do standardized testing throughout their adolescent years. I would like to talk about standardized testing and different viewpoints on standardized tests. Introduction I.[Hook] To start this off, I would like to ask a simple question: who in here dreaded taking standardized testing? II.[Reveal topic and relate to audience and thesis] Everyone who has grown up in the United States has had to do standardized tests throughout their adolescents. III.[establish credibility] If you were like me, which I can see everyone here is, you were told to bring two number two pencils, an eraser, and go to your assigned classroom unless the test was taken as a class in the gymnasium. A.Today I am going to discuss standardized testing in adolescence. First I am going to give some brief information on standardized tests, and then give some viewpoints from students and parents as well as teachers and administrators on standardized tests. Signpost: To begin, I am going to talk about standardized testing. Body I.Here are some statistics on standardized testing. A.According to CBSnews, students took on average 112 standardized tests between pre–K and 12th grade. (CBS, 2015). Get more content on HelpWriting.net

A scientific theory is usually said to be a well tested concept that explains an endless supply of observations. For example we obviously know that the Earth revolves around the sun and has been tested through observation and experiment which clearly cant come up with another explanation to contradict this theory. On the other end of the spectrum we have scientific hypothesis which is commonly seen as a possible explanation for a set of observations or answer to a scientific question must be testable. A great example that can be used is if you were to test smokers and observing which Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. Introductory Paragraph On Abortion Introductory Paragraph Abortion shouldn't be something that someone should have to think about. It should be a no brainer answer to the child's parents. One should not ever have to make the decision of if they want a child to live or not to live. Society has misjudged this cruel topic, overthought this cruel topic, and blown this cruel topic out of proportion. No child should have to be so called, "murdered" for the lack of responsibility of his or her parents. The bible states abortion is murder, and that murder is wrong, and illegal. Abortion should be illegal due to the negative impacts of killing a human being. The Bible is completely at odds with the worldview of those who support abortion. The Bible never mentions the practice of abortion, but those wanting to shape their lives around the Bible should find the practice both absurd and inacceptable. The Bible teaches that pregnancy is a good thing and children are a blessing (Jones). The Bible states... Don't you see that children are God's best gift? The fruit of the womb his generous legacy? Like a warrior's fistful of...show more content... "Approximately 3,000 Americans lost their lives as a result of the destruction of the World Trade Center towers on 9/11. Every single day, more than 3,000 American babies are killed by abortion" (Snyder). This fact is sickening, and compares two different situations. The destruction of the World Trade Center towers did not happen by choice, and people did not die by choice. This event was viewed as tragic for the US, and lots of people were killed. The same number of people killed on this one day happens to also be the same number of abortions that happen every single day. This means that if 3000 abortions happen every day then a little over 1,000,000 babies are killed every year. There is no difference from people being killed in 9/11 to babies being killed in the Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. Essay On Counselling Counselling is a talking therapy that involves an interactive relationship of client and counsellor (Geldard & Geldard, 2009a). Counselling offers opportunities for clients to talk to the counsellor about their problems and feelings in a confidential environment. A counsellor generally helps the clients to see things from a different perspective and find their own solutions based on their own beliefs. The primary purpose of counselling is to enable the clients to develop a better understanding of self and be able to make changes to cope with difficulties in their lives, by reaching their own decisions and act upon them accordingly to develop a satisfying life (Geldard & Geldard, 2009a). The self is a summation of a complex, dynamic and organized system of learned beliefs that a person holds to be true about his own existence and this make human beings unique (Purkey & Stanley, 2001). Therefore, client–counsellor relationship is unique for each person. To ensure the effectiveness of counselling, Carl Rogers identified 3 desirable conditions of the client–counsellor relationship that can be applied throughout the counselling session (Geldard & Geldard, 2009b)....show more content... Rogers regard empathy as the basis for anything that occurs during a counselling. A counsellor should be empathic with the client as trusting relationship can be formed when the client feels cared for and secure. This relationship can be developed by understanding of the thoughts and feelings that the client experienced. In other words, a counsellor should 'walk into the client's shoes' to get a better understanding of the client. With this trust, the clients might expose their innermost thoughts and feelings to the Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. Outline For Persuasive Essay Thank you for positing your first draft for review! Strengths: Interesting topic. One we should all be talking about. Global warming is something that is not something that will happen in the future but is actually happening right now. You have lots of great sources that provide a lot of information. What Works? Why? 1. Introduction: Your introduction is the place where you catch the reader's attention. You want this to be a place where you provide facts that will get the reader wanting to read the following paragraphs. In a persuasive essay there is no place for the first person. By starting with "I believe..." you have already lost credibility. The reader will now think that your paper is based on your opinions rather than facts. Your thesis ...show more content... Supporting Evidence: I feel you have strong supporting evidence. 4. Conclusion: Just like in your introduction the first person hasn't have a place in this paper. You do a great job proving your point but again it can all be for nothing by adding YOUR opinion to the conclusion. The conclusion paragraph is the point where you wrap up your essay and you remind the reader what your thesis was. Without a thesis, you don't have a place to connect the reader back to the beginning. Thesis: You are missing a thesis. The thesis helps you make your point about what the paper will be about and tell the reader what points you will be touching on to prove your point. I would suggest you pick three points that you feel will make a strong case on why or what is causing global warming. After pointing out those three points you can write the paragraph that will include why and how those things are hurting our animals, habitats and human life. Structure: Overall your structure is good. I do see some grammatical and spelling errors. Like in your conclusion you use the word "and" to connect the points you are making, you should try using a comma to separate those points. There is also a really long sentence that can actually be broken up into two Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 12. Informative Speech Outline On Diabetes Introduction. We all enjoy having a sweet treat every now and then. This sweet treat is almost always full of sugar that is taken by the body and converted into glucose that our body can use as a source of energy or store it for later, this process of using sugar and storing it is done via metabolic reactions. Metabolic reactions are chemical reactions that take place in us and make use of the food and hormones that are our body. Diabetes mellitus, or diabetes for short, will prohibit patients diagnosed with it from having a lot of sugary foods, if not forcing them to avoid sugars completely. Diagnosis of diabetes could be done by a doctor and the sooner it is diagnosed the less damaging it will be. The information in this section was collected from source 2 page 7. 1.Treatment of diabetes. Treatment of diabetes is important to minimize the harm that is done to the body by diabetes. People must start taking care of themselves by eating right and being physically active and healthy if they don't have diabetes or seeking professional assistance as soon as possible if they already have diabetes. I also believe that government and big organizations need to increase awareness about this dangerous disease and what must be done to avoid Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Notice that the section headings (Table of Contents, Abstract, Introduction, etc.) are still formatted in Times New Roman, 12 point font. Titles, cover pages, and section headings do not need to be in oversized font, but these may be bolded or underlined to create a separation between the heading and the text. Also, notice that the section heading appears on the first line and the text begins on the second line (extra space and/or skipped lines should not be present). The introduction will give more details about the problem that the proposal solution will address. While the problem was identified in the letter of transmittal and the abstract of the proposal, this section will allow for more details to be identified about the exact problem.
