This Summer, I had the best time of my life. I learned some valuable lessons, I made some friends, and I had so much fun. Even if I didn't know it.
This is the story of my summer camp experience.About two months earlier had signed up for a Camp in Indiana called YMCA Camp Potawotami.
My neighbor who is a year younger than me went to camp with me. We got to our summer camp on the Sunday before. I had a lot of fun, but my part
of this event, is when the girls in my cabin and I became true friends.
We walked back from swim time and going onto the walk to our cabin. Our cabin was one of the older cabins, but it was nice. The building was a
Wooden log building with two main hallways, one for the boys and one for the girls, which both came together in a main room that had one huge
window wall, in the middle, and two other walls on the side that had one huge window in the middle.
"Ok girls, pack up your stuff for camping, but remember we're only going for one night." Our councilor ,Greer, told us. So we packed our stuff in bags
and went to set up our tents.
We walked about half a mile up a grassy path with woods to the left, and a field of wheat to the right. We came to a clearing that was in the shape of
a circle. With it, were two tents packed up in their tiny little bags in the middle of a circle, along with a fire pit, and a picnic table. "Ok, we need

My First Day Of Summer Vacation
It was a hot day and today was the day of the trip! I had school that day So I went to school and I was very excited because after school, we also had
our first day of summer vacation.When school ended my dad came and picked me up,we had to get ready quick we had to leave In two hours. I ate
lunch and it was delicious, When I was done I speeded to my bathroom and took a shower in one flash. When It was time I said good–bye to my mom

The next day we went tubing but there was a bit of a problem, When my cousins were tubing i tried to distract them so one of them would fall off.I
decided to tell them that I was gonna take a picture but I really wasn't.Until a bump came and one of my cousins fell, they were stopping the boat
and I was trying to get on the other side so I could go but the thing Is i didn't have a life jacket on , i guess I forgot.I fell into the water and I felt like
i was gonna drown right at that moment, my cousin saw that I didn't have one on and she came and got me.I got back to the boat and got a life
jacket on i don't know what I was thinking.That day was a nightmare after that point, It was the next day today and we had a family cookout because
this was our third to last day we were here. I kept thinking about how much i'm gonna miss this family, i wouldn't be able to see them till next summer,
maybe even 2 summers!!When the barbecue and the chicken and all that good stuff was done I ate and spent the rest of the day taking photos and
making memories for this Texas trip.
Today was the last day that we were at Texas and tomorrow we had to leave so I don't know If that counts as today is our final day here.I woke up
around 9 and also to some good breakfast, oh man that was delicious. We went shopping for our last day since there was a sale.I got so many stuff

During my last vacation I went to France. My mum arranged this tour for me and my friends. We travelled there by plane. We went France last
summer. So the weather was bright and hot around 23– 30 degrees. It was the best weather for camping but we stayed in Champs Elysees hotel. It was

Summer was finally here! I was sitting on my bed thinking of some possible choices we could go to this summer. The only problem was deciding

My Summer Vacation
My summer of 2017 consisted of visiting places all over the United States such as New York City, Washington D.C., and Florida. Not only did
traveling this summer teach me new things, but it also made me go outside my comfort zone and experience new things. This was single–handedly the
best summer of my life and wish I could relive it over again.
On the last day of school, my mom surprised me with a spontaneous trip to florida on the next day. We went to Del Ray Beach, Florida. This beach
is on the north side of the state; so rather than waiting for sunset, we got up for sunrise! Leaving the next morning, we arrived in Florida for the
first time ever that night. We arrived around 9 pm and it was 85 degrees in pitch black. Florida is so unbelievably humid and hot all around the
clock. While in Florida, we shopped, drove along the coast, and went to an Alligator farm. Unlike the other trips, this one consisted of laying on the
beach and relaxing all day. This trip was probably honestly my least favorite trip of the three.
Towards the end of the summer, I was invited to go on a paid trip with my basketball team to the capital of the United States,Washington D.C. Not
only was this trip exciting, but also a great learning experience; considering I didn't go with our school in 8th grade. We walked past the White House

I have always loved looking and participating in art classes, although I am not the best artist, and I enjoy learning about the history behind different

My Last Summer
My Last Summer She turned round and suddenly she knew, this was it. All she could do was laugh, what else could she do? Swim, she would
never make it. It was right in front of her, there was nowhere to go, nowhere to hide she was in the open. She closed her eyes and hoped it wouldn't

You may have heard about the other students summer. What they think about school, what they want to do after school and what their goals in
life are. I kind of find myself interesting at times, but not always. I can tell you that I've been to many fun places over the years I have been

A Summer with My Aunt
I'm not really sure what compelled me to spend the summer with my aunt; perhaps it was my overwhelming curiosity or the fact that I love
children. In any case I had agreed to live with a woman I had only met several times throughout my life, but really all I remember about her from
those short visits were her red toes and the way she spent money. She would visit about every four years and every visit she would always spend a

Later I would learn my aunt " just liked to be married" and that is what led me to believe my aunt didn't care about love as much as she did her job,
because she went into a marriage thinking like a business woman rather that a girl in love. To me this also meant she just didn't want to be alone.

There is an old proverb that goes, 'all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.' I agree. For me, the summer vacation will provide me with a rare
opportunity to take a well–deserved rest after a year of hard work. Last summer, I chose to engage in activities that would help me relax my mind and
recoup not only my health but also my vitality. This summer will be no different. Towards this end, I plan to tour a number of amazing locations, read
at least two interesting and/or informative books, and reflect on my accomplishments and failures so far.
The relevance of visiting places or locations one has never visited before cannot be overstated. In addition to helping relax the mind, travelling also
carries with it some educational value. This summer, I plan to visit two major locations. These include the Niagara Falls and the National Mall and
Memorial Parks. It is important to note that I settled on these two major travel destinations after undertaking a laborious research on the key attractions
on–site. The National Mall and Memorial Parks is an amazing place to visit. According to the National Park Foundation (2012), "the National Mall is

My Summer Vacation
Summer 2014, it was a memorial summer, the time between secondary and highschool, when you have to say goodbye to your old friends and
prepare to go to a new school, meet new friend, live in a new environment. In class, I only hang out with 4 dudes, so we planned to have a summer
trip to say goodbye to each other. It supposed to be a 7 days trip, but we gotta cut it down to 4 because lack of money. The first day of the trip was
good, we had an amazng time, we checked in at the hotel very late at night, I was very tired so I just jumped to bed instantly. Closed my eye, I can
heard the the sound of the wave outside because our hotel is next to the beach, I started to fall asleep, wait I felt the wind coming toward me, no im
falling down, I screamed, opened my eyes, it just a dream, I checked the clock, it was 5:30am, nobody was there, "Oh!": I said, they must have gone to
the port by now, it was a idea of one of my friends, sailing overnight on a fisher–boat, I thought it was a stupid idea so I refused and decided to stay at
the hotel. I looked out of the window, the sun was starting to rice, I opened the window, I can smell the sea, it was so peaceful, I can see some
couples walking, "This is heaven." I thought to myself. Picked up my phone, I went to the bathroom, locked the door, I sat down on the toilet, played
some pointless game on my phone, it was very hot in here so I started to sweat a lot, usually I spent like 30 mins in the toilet just surfing the internet

My Summer: My Experience To Be A Camp Counselor
This summer I was given the amazing opportunity to be a camp counselor. At first, I was hesitant because I wanted to spend my summer having fun. I
thought about it a lot and soon realized that the opportunity was a dream come true. I had always wanted to have a group of little girls who loved me
and thought I was the coolest person ever. My summer was absolutely perfect. Three things that made my summer perfect were my kids, my job, and
my memories.
My kids made my summer so unforgettable. I had a cabin of seven to ten girls every week and each week the girls taught me something different.
Every week they were vibrant, funny, and loud. They were a handful at times, but that is what kids do. My favorite cabin of girls was Cabin seven. It

I had several jobs at camp this summer which included, watching my cabin, leading worship, and leading group games. Watching my cabin was
exciting, but it was also tiring. I think the worst part was being woken up in the middle of the night if someone had to go to the bathroom. You
would have to find their shoes and flashlight, you also had to wake someone else up to go with you. It was a struggle because with ten young girls
it happened three or four times a night. I think the hardest part about midnight bathroom trips was waking up another kid to go with you. Another
one of my jobs was leading worship during the daily chapel services. I led music so I had to make sure I was super energetic to get the kids excited. I
also had to choose the songs wisely to get the atmosphere right each night. The kids loved all the songs and loved how loud and pumped we got. My
last job was to lead group games and activities. Little kids love to play games which made it easy, getting the other counselors involved was the hardest
part. We played steal the bacon, tag, capture the flag, and had a water balloon fight. The kids loved the water fight because they could get their
counselors wet and not get in trouble. My jobs were all enormously stressful, but it definitely made me
