  2. Related to proficiency test. We have joined 3 proficiency tests conducted by :. WEPAL (Wageningen Evaluation Programs for Analytical Laboratories: IPE (Plant) and ISE (soil)with University of Wageninge, Netherland as special commodities for soils and plant. EANET (East Asia Network for Acid Deposition) based in Japan, the member was coming from various countries such China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Russia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The special commodities are for acid deposition monitoring in Indonesia includes for soil, water and air quality. Pusarpedal : monitoring acid deposition ( CIFOR Forest)  ADORC Nigata Jepang, ASPAC (The Australian Soil and Plant Analysis Council) operates a soil and plant tissue Inter-Laboratory Proficiency Programme. This ASPAC program was started since 2016, with specific for commodities test parameters of pH, EC, K-available, C-Organic and Phosphorous-exist (Bray & Olsen)

  6. Guideline for statistic calculation : Samples in amounts of 10-20 kg are homogeneous, then divided and put in several containers. Then choose a number (n ≥ 10) random packaging. From each container (subsample) homogenized again and taken two parts to be analyzed in duplicate then calculated value variance of sampling (Ss 2 ) and the variance of repeatability analysis (Sa 2 ). Both values ​​are each obtained from MSB (mean square between) and MSW (mean square within)
