Key Responsibilities in present organization
 In Charge of the production unit of Aromatic Hydrocarbon Isomer [Petroleum based product]
distillation process. [Mono chlorobenze & Di chlorobenzene]
 Operating the process with proper SOP specially the startup and shut down process with all
safety norms.
 Performing monthly and yearly audits of consumption of raw material and finished products,
calculation of losses [especially in case of WIP], calculation of energy consumptions [for FO and
steam consumption].
 Preparing capital and revenue budget for every year to control the expenses.
 Participate in daily production meetings and Monthly Review meetings with Higher
management.

2.  Have sound knowledge on utility service like Air Compressors, Central Refrigeration Unit, Cooling
Towers and DM plant.
 Documentation of daily, monthly and yearly productions and controlling the target on day to day
basis according to finished product requirement by the customer.
 Commissioned Plug Flow reactor, Reboiler thermic fluid circulation coil, Absorption towers and
condensers etc.
 Have certified by DNV for both internal audits of ISO 14001:2007 for EMS issues and also for
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
 Have certified by Verde for Internal Audits of ISO 9001:2008 For quality Issues
 Maintaining all types of documentations of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, material indenting, and all kinds
file processing related to production, maintenance, scheduled contract works etc.
Career Highlights
 Efficiency enhancement of the MCB product by optimizing process parameters.
 Increasing the efficiency of the DCB production by reuse of RAW MCB with reduced cost.
 Modify the SPCP plant and introduced granule product for better profit making and ensure more
safety at the customer end.
 Introduction of VT pump at cooling tower in place of negative suction horizontal pump to ensure
less tripping or better discharge efficiency.

 In 2007 B.Tech Chemical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, West Bengal,
