 Procurement, Planning & Follow up for various Production, Packaging / Maintenance items i.e. HCL
/HYDRATED LIME, LUBES, CARPETS, GRINDING WHEELS, VCI PAPER, H.D.PE.
CLOTHES,PLOYTHENE PLAIN, GUARD FILM,HESSIAN CLOTHS,WIRE NAIL , etc. after getting offer
as per our quality required specification from different Suppliers, Negotiating with suppliers for cost
reduction and preparation of P.O. after getting approval from President (O.P.).
 Procurement of different Bearings & Bearing Spares, Fasteners, Welding Electrode & Welding Accessories,
Paints, Abrasive Products, Tools & Tackles, after getting offer from different Suppliers, Negotiating with
supplier for cost reduction and preparation of P.O. after getting technical approval.
 Vendor dealing for timely deliver of order.
 Controlling Dispatch scheduled of Material by contacting Vendors.
 Short out problems from the Vendor side and removing it too.
 Achieving the target.
