Experience:
At presently, I have been serving in Saudi Total Lubricants Co. Ltd. As Quality Control Manager
and continue due to resign. Of my Q/ C manager in Oct.- 2014.
My first Designation was Q/ C Supervisor from Jan.- 2014 and SATLUB has promoted as Q/ C
Manager due to my best performance record in few months with SAR. 135000 products cost
savings by innovative ideas.
SATLUB have got big achievement in 10 months to get ISO 9001: 14001 licenses for quality
control managements and also enable to apply for Environment Management System (EMS) as per DAS
certified ISO 14001: 2004 as per Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) law and management system.

I have also 3 years and 10 months experience of Gulf Start Factory for Petroleum
Industries at Jeddah in Saudi Arabia as Senior Chemist cum Chemical Engineer which has 2750
MT/ month production.
I had experienced as a Chemist for Lubricants cum Chemical Engineer in Visco
Lubricants for 4 years which suited in Santej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and sponsored by Gov. of
Gujarat.

I have strong knowledge for automotive & industrial oil like SAE 20W50 API
SL, SAE 20W50 API SJ, SAE 15W40 API CF4/SL, SAE 15W40 CH4/SL, SAE 10W30, API SL/
CF, SAE 15W40 API CI4/SL, SAE 40 API CF, SAE 50 API CF, 2T oil as per JASO and API TC,
TCW- II, TC III specifications, SAE 20W40 API SC/CC 20W50 API CF/SF, Brake Fluid DOT 3
and DOT 5, Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) as per dexron specification, Gear Oil (SAE and
ISO grades ) like (EP 90,140, 80W90, 85W140, 150,220, 320 …etc.), Thermic Oil, Hydraulic Oil as

All the above specifications are as per IS 1448 which are equivalent to ASTM methods.
I have also experience to make Viscosity Improver (VI) and Viscosity Index Improver
(VII) from Iso Propylene based Co- polymer like SPO of Japan and Dow of U.S.A branded and also
related other types of polymers with low and high SSI which is available in form of small pellets and
block and which make as per recommended percentage ratio.
I have strong knowledge to manage cost effective blending formulation ratio for any
automotive and industrial oils as per market competition demand with specified and required quality by
using Viscosity Improver (VI), Pour Point Dispersants (PPD), Anti-oxidants, Anti Foaming Agents,
different types of product additives means DI packages …etc. with different types of base oil like SN-
500, SN- 150, BSS ( Bright Super Stocks), paraffin 60, pale- 2000, SN- 300, SN- 100, Group III Base
Oil like different grade of Nexe Base, PAO, heavy alkanate,MTO…etc.
I have used Indian Additives Chevron , Afton, Oronite, Ifinium, SALACO, Evonik
branded well performance additives during my past and present experience.
I have also some experience about re- refining oil process unit.
Job Responsibilities:
 Develop new products formulations and make the changes to the existing formulations
according to the changes of BO & VII behaviors.
 Preparing product data sheet for developed products.
 Rectifications for failed products and find root cause.
 Presentation of Lab. Apparatus and lubricants product knowledge
 Create new formulations in ABB LUBCELL and Updating whatever changed in existing
formulations and characteristics
 Attend daily meeting to discuss whatever issue to solve.

5.  Coordination with internal and external auditors in relation with ISO 9001 & 14001.
 Internal Calibration of each apparatus as per specified frequency period for product Q/
C accuracy by using specified reference standards.
 External Calibration per year for all apparatus and measuring device
 Make PR forms to get to quote for chemicals from different supplier and quote for
external calibration companies
 Participation in worldwide Round Robin Test in three cycle per year
 Schedule the works according to the deadline and complete that as target.
 Evolve performance indicator to measure productivity index and avg. batch release time
for monthly basis.
 Monitor cost of production and endeavor to reduce the same
 Reuse the flushing and quarantine oils generated during blending and filling process into
the permissible products blends.
 Trained the supervisor and lab. Technician and assessing their performance and
motivating.
 Ensuring that health and safety guidelines as per TOTAL, HSEQ policy
 Develop quality control specs for designated products and updating related documents.
 Analysis of all BO & Additives before to offloading
 Products Audit and confirm quality of Base Oil, Additives (ST ) samples per monthly
frequency basis
 Handles outside visitors with lab. Cleanliness, issues products spec. datasheet as per
customer requirements, Near Miss Report … etc.
