Job Profile:-
I am working cdu/vdu plant in HPCL MITTAL ENERGY LTD as field operator. In it I make the
field an assigned plant area to control / monitor the safe operation of the plant in order to meet to
specified production qualities and quantities carry out regular inspection of equipment, adjustment of
valves and switches. Taking and analyzing log readings from a variety of gauges and indicators.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
 Report any abnormality to shift supervisor.
 DCS also operate & Handled of plant emergencies like power failure, equipment failure &
instrument air failur etc.
 Preparation of equipment for handling over to maintenance.

2.  Knowledge of Distillation column (atmosphere & vaccum distillation), Multistage- Desalter,
heat exchanger, condenser, shell and tube heat exchanger etc.
 Pump (reciprocating & centrifugal pump).
 Technical Qualification:-
 Three year Diploma course in Chemical Engineering passed from Govt. Polytechnic
Sonipat Haryana (H.S.B.T.E.) 2012 with 64%.
Academic Qualifications:-
 10th
passed from H.B.S.E. with 65%.

passed from H.B.S.E. with 58%.
