2. Blalock Lakes Club
Membership Brochure
Blalock Lakes Club came to CO&P after experiencing a slow growth in property sales within the club due to a slow economy. The solution was to
sell annual memberships to the club’s ammenites without having to purchase property. CO&P designed a membership brochure to promote the
clubs exclusive ammenites targeting “C-level“ executives in the southeast.
3. Postilion
Spring/Tax-Time – Collateral Advertising Campaign
The goal of the campaign was to help S1 Corporation’s financial institution clients increase enrollment of Internet Banking and Bill Pay services
without having to rely on the financial institution’s labor pool. The campaign consists of two branch posters, letterhead, statement stuffers, a roll-
over banner ad, and a point-of-purchase display with rack brochures.

5. Emerald Princess II Casino
Annual Memorial Day Advertisement
The promotional advertising campaign helped increase registration during what was typically a low-attendance weekend. Playing on the popular
“Love Boat” theme, posters were created in support of the campaign.
6. National Solvent Exchange
Re-branding
To revitalize the company during a slowdown, National Solvent Exchange needed help in rebuilding its brand. Still photography was utilized to visually
document the business and give new impact to NSX’s business story. The team worked to create elements that were visually appealing while direct in
communicating NSX’s overall value, giving the company a unique selling proposition and helping increase recognition within the printing community.

Web Site Development
ERS, a global consultancy, needed to develop a new corporate Web site to reposition the company and help gain recognition. Cohn, Overstreet &
Parrish was able to help the organization through the development and refinement of core messaging and creation of a contemporary design to
make ERS stand out and position it as the leader in the sustainable products and services industry.
8. NetAxios
Web Site Development
In recent years, NetAxios has experienced a significant increase in competition in the technology industry. Cohn, Overstreet & Parrish was able
to take this small company and gave it a big appearance in order to compete with their larger, more well-known competitors. A new Web site was
launched and supported by CO&P’s public relations efforts.
9. Jekyll Island Authority
Shrimp & Grits Festival
The main goal of the Jekyll Island Authority events is to increase overall business on the island in terms of hotel revenue and car count entering the
island. The needs that the Authority had for this festival included collateral development – specifically posters, advertisements, and design of a logo
for the event.

Hop City
Craft Beer & Wine
Hop City needed to develop a new identity for the launch of their new business, a craft beer and wine store in Atlanta. Cohn, Overstreet & Parrish
was able to design a hip, young identity to stand out and position Hop City as the premier craft beer and wine store in Atlanta.
11. Jekyll Island
On Island Time Campaign
To attract seniors as extended-stay residents during the winter months, Jekyll Island launched the On Island Time program, offering discounts and
special events at participating establishments. Cohn, Overstreet & Parrish assisted in these efforts to entice snowbirds by creating posters, a Web site,
and membership cards using images of the sun and sand.
12. CoreNet Global Summit San Diego
The world’s premier association for corporate real estate and related professionals came to CO&P after experiencing a decline in global event attendance and
poor performance with a previous agency. The association’s annual summit convenes the entire industry by providing programs and services designed to meet the
business needs of its member companies and the career needs of individual members. CO&P’s targeted, creative approach and on-time, on-budget delivery has
resulted in a greater-than-expected attendance for the summit.
