I takes care of the Global Accounts Management in Sims Recycling Chennai – a global leader
in the e-waste recycling. I report to the regional Manager assisting his entire global client’s
recycling and asset management service enquiries. Creates a process flow for each client
monitor, control and report the respective documents as per the SLA.
Prior to this I was handling Health and Safety and Local operations. I started my career to
manage the production activities and site development works and acquired experience in the
health and safety and internal auditing of the facilities in accordance with its standards and
compliance.
I’m more focused onto the assessment of the incoming materials for its conformance and quality
separation. Monitors the production and ensure that it meets the requirement of downstream
customers. Co-ordinates with different team internally and externally to ensure the smooth
operation and safe conditions at the facility at all times. Manages the shop-floor workers and
supervisors and maintains the tools, equipment and machineries in good condition to persevere
the production process without any disturbances.
I have a special attention towards sustainability of the operations on site by providing right
ecological balance (through planting more trees and plants) and enriching the green field within
the factory campus. Besides, I encourage more on sustainable energy consumption, proper solid
waste management and appropriate disposal of the inert waste which potentially cause damage to
the environment if mishandled.
All my involvement in sustainable operations helped me to work on the Global Clients who has
key requirement towards their sustainability reporting.
