I am a highly skilled and experienced professional in the boatbuilding industry. During my over 30 years’
experience I have been providing a broad range of production expertise in several key areas including: plant
management, fiberglass lamination and construction/refit of small powerboats to 60’ motor yachts.

 Administer the safe, efficient and effective operations of FRP/Lamination production while successfully
driving continuous improvement in product quality and on-time delivery.
 Initiate and maintain quality through teamwork and development at all levels of the production processes.

 Actively lead (through training and mentoring) high performing teams with emphasis on customer

 Supervise hourly production employees, quality and support operations, to meet or exceed production

 Review job standards, develop cost studies, and systems for optimum efficiency.
 Review labor and material requirements to minimize overtime costs without jeopardizing necessary
functions and customer delivery requirements.
 Work closely with Customer Service, Quality/Materials Functions, PD&E, and Compliance to ensure the
strategy, development and execution of standards and cost containment are achieved across all operations.
 Monitor production schedules for maximum labor utilization and to minimize inventory costs.
 Ensure that all internal EH&S, manufacturing, and quality policies, procedures, and practices demonstrate
compliance to external regulations (OSHA, DEP, etc.)
 Implement production streamline, workflows, systems and applications by collaboration with multiple
internal departments
 Strong communication, troubleshooting, and proven conflict resolution skills
 Provide efficient and effective resolution to technical issues.
 Fabrication of plugs to make molds
 Adept in the operation of heavy lift equipment
