With business changing in the oilfield so often, i was able to adjust the employees schedule to best accommodate the
business to keep overtime at a minimum. With smartdrive cameras in vehicles, i could monitor driving mistakes and help
coach our employees to drive safer which helped not having to company's insurance go up and fewer tickets for the
employees.

Frac Team Lead Supervisor
Safely drive company pickups to shop and out to customer locations.
Manage all frac fueling on site and stays in communication with dispatch and vendor, mainly Chesapeake,Gulfport
and Performance Technologies Treaters Also insure all equipment has and properly has the right amount of fuel
