2. PROJECT: RBT (RING BACK TONE)
The OnMobile Ring back Tones (RBT) is a value added service that allows subscribers to
Select any song or tune that will be played to a caller instead of the regular ringing
sound of a mobile phone. Being network-enabled, it is controlled by the service provider
and thus becomes the single largest channel for the delivery of digital content by the
service
Provider. It also offers the potential to be positioned differently for different consumer
segments.
Experience:
 Hands on experience on building new applications on new servers or existing servers on
both Test and Production Environments based on requirements.
 Strong Linux/Unix, Network skills and very quick learner.
 Analyzing the codes and logs for any bugs and troubleshooting the issues.
 Have taken the responsibility of staging / preparing the new / enhance releases and new
customer setup in our environment.
 Deploying the new release WARS and JARS into the respected paths for Apache Tomcat.
 Providing post deployment support for upgrades/changes/enhancements done on
production (Live).
 Analyzing and investigating defects and faults in the systemand try to fix on the fly and
will coordinating with other teams to mitigate or minimizing customer impact.
 Requesting NOC team to initiate P1 to P3 bridges for all customer impact issues and will
invite all appropriate teams to resolve the issue.
 Discussing with On-Shore team about all applications and Testing related Info.
 Updating exiting scripts to monitoring the applications and Database.
 Taken care of tickets which were opened by customers based on priority at
maintenance time.
 Will be responsible for production environment stability; performance and
release/upgrades.

3.  Hands on experience on all System level servers like NFS and FTP servers.
 Resolve the incident tickets with agreed SLA and providing on call support to internal
customer.
 Knowledge on cluster configuration, monitoring the configured services on the clusters.
 Migrating the Storage from One Service to another Service.
